Bobby, Just a thought...you should post two separate ingredient lists: one for ingredients to avoid and one for 'approved' ingredients. You impart so much good information in your videos, but the good and the bad are all mixed up together. Would be so helpful to many if we had a resource to reference when shopping or simply to learn from...and try to remember!

I had to grab the Paleo pancake mix for my kids (it was that or Krusteez 😒) and I was able to grab the organic Chicken drumsticks though. My Fr's/Kroger just had a sale of $2.99 on the Kerry Gold butter sticks (2 in pkg.) so I stocked up. Friday it had the brick for $3.34. Purchased the Vital Farms brand many weeks ago for $2.99 (Sprouts) to try. You are absolutely right. It is a pale color with no flavor. Will just use the rest of it for cooking. With the "January better eating" kick that happens every year my Fry's sent out digital coupons for all this "healthy" type of snacks, etc. MOST of them you would not approve of LOL. "pastured raised" How exactly do manufactures get to tout this on their products? how big of a pasture is needed for "X" amount of animals? Is there an actual formula? Seriously, I'm curious. I'm from Montana & 99.9 % of our beef & bison are grazed on thousands of acres, yet very few ranchers tout "pastured raised".

Cage free/free range are regulated terms.
Pasture raised is up to interpretation but meant to be more humane that "cage free".
The big concern with beef/bison is the bulk of their calories coming from corn - over the actual grass on the pasture.
I see terms like grass fed/finished but if they are raised on corn then that makes the biggest difference.

Jay Un no worries. I raise my own chickens. My girls get several hours of free roaming and sunshine, and I also add organic greens and grub and mealworms as treats. Very healthy but my eggs have occasional blood spots. Store bought eggs don’t because they have been scanned with light to sort out eggs with blood spots. It’s for esthetics. People think they’re spoiled or unhealthy. Or it freaks them out! 🤪 But it’s totally normal.
