My family was a die hard Walmart family. Then we became educated on and we started started at sprouts, more and more until that became our main store. It’s nice to see you representing the foods And brands We eat. Then I wrote a research paper about gmo’s for English and now only buy organic .
Yes! We have sprouts here in Oklahoma, and ours (Tulsa) is next door to Aldi and across the street from a Costco, so getting the best deals on the best quality foods is definitely accessible. No excuses for me anymore! 😂 100% grassfed ground beef is only $3.99 at my sprouts, the best price I’ve seen anywhere.
Because of you, I know how to shop for my foods and always check ingredients. I've bought a few items you approved in this video yesterday and I just saw the video today. Very knowledgeable!
Sprouts has 100% grass fed ground beef on sale every other week, in my experience. Jealous they have it for $2.99 in California, though. It's $3.99 here in Colorado, which is still a hellova price! They also have great sales on wild-caught salmon, pasture-raised eggs and avocados. I do most of my shopping there now. Also, on Wednesdays, they have the sale prices from the previous and next week's circulars at the same time, so I usually swing by on Wednesday to do my shopping. Warning that the ground beef on sale is often gone by Wednesday night, though. They don't grind enough on Wednesdays at my store.
I just cleaned out my fridge and pantry of all the crappy food I had. My husband and I are not waiting for the new year to eat healthy and take care of ourselves!
@@patty7029 we had a whole food here but they closed it down for whatever reason now i have to travel about 3 hrs to go to one. I hate it. Im from Chicago so we had a whole foods, mariano's and all these other health food store within walking distance. Miss that so much!
My favorite place to buy veggies - avocados, garlic, cucumber, broccoli, onions, spinach, and of course blueberries to mix at home with avocado, spinach and coconut water to make a great shake. Beats any other store.
Love this video! I’m in AZ and we have many Sprouts stores and I shop there often. Note....Cali prices are always high. Things a bit less expensive here in AZ.
Sprouts is awesome. It's hard to do the store justice with just one video, because they have really awesome sales from week to week. They even do buy one get one free sales when you can stock up and get really good deals. Love their ground beef that you found! Made me laugh that you thought the price was a mistake!! They have really good prices on meat IMO.
YES BOBBY! I love Sprouts! The grassfed beef is on sale for 2.99 quite often (only the big package, the small one goes on sale for 4.99). When stuff goes on sale, it generally has a decent price. The produce is awesome and if you buy what is in season like us, the prices are great! We are about to move to Korea for 2 years; I am excited for the move, but I am going to miss clean food from Sprouts 😭😭 and most Sprouts branded food is not bad!!
Just moved from Chicago to California and kept saying to my boyfriend Bobby needs to do a Sprouts video. So excited to see this ...their regular prices are bad but sales and coupons are usually good. I still love watching the Chicago videos to see you go into my old neighborhood stores.
I also asked the butcher why the grass fed beef is $4.99 for the 1lb vs. 2lb. It’s 100% and goes on sale often... only in the 2lb packaging as it’s more economical for packaging. I simply split it in two before freezing. It’s a super great deal!
So helpful! Here are the FlavCity changes I've made so far (in 3 weeks of watching): I buy peanut butter with two ingredients - peanuts and sea salt; I buy nothing with natural flavorings; I use only stevia, monk fruit, and erythritol as sweeteners; with all foods, I buy the Plain instead of the flavored, when possible; I buy organic, non-GMO certified; I buy pasture-raised eggs; I'm searching for a good collagen supplement... Etc. I'm curious about what changes others are making...?
I have also learned to avoid oils that are not organic expeller pressed (avoid canola, soybean and palm oils which are highly processed and refined meaning highly inflammatory ), buy whole fat grass fed organic dairy, avoid emulsifiers for sensitive tummies (me), clean 15 and dirty dozen, and more! Love leaning about healthy options and what to avoid! 👍🏻❤️
How about Natural Grocers?? Or doing a series where you go to restaurant chains and dive into their menu to find the healthiest things to order?? LOVE YOUR VIDEOS

I love Sprouts. Based off of your videos and recommendations I read the ingredients and bought the Primal Kitchens salad dressings when they were on sale. Now I can happily eat salads knowing that the whole thing is healthy
Sprouts is such a great place. Vistied in when I was in LA. As a Chicagoan, California is the state to be for healthy eating/ lifestyle. They're on another level.
At all three of my Sprouts Wednesdays are double sale day. On Wednesdays you get the sales from the week before and the new sales for the week. So, shop on WEDNESDAYS!
I shop at Sprouts all the time. At my local store the regular price of the 100% grass fed beef is $3.99 lb. I purchased a couple of packs during the sale.
Mrs. Little I often do the same. I get weird reactions from the cashiers sometimes when buying 20 lbs of ground beef but I save a ton of money filling up my deep freezer. It’s absolutely the best price on 100% grass fed finished ground beef anywhere - although I notice it shrinks down when cooked a lot more than some pricier 85/15 grass fed beef I get from my local rancher.
@@HazerGore1185 The packaging does not say grass finished which makes me a little concerned. I asked the sprouts meat butcher and he assured me it's 100% grass fed AND finished. Bobby received the same answer. No one comes close to their sale price and that is why my mistrust meter sounds off. I keep meaning to call their headquarters to verify at a top management level but keep forgetting. My second option is butcher box. I get my grass fed steaks and uncured sugar free bacon with them. I have yet to explore my local butcher shop.
Mrs. Little I actually just discovered that the grass fed beef at Sprouts is not truly grass finished. Even the Sprouts butchers are probably being misled. There have been some lab tests done on the Sprouts “grass fed” beef omega 3:6 profile and it turns out it’s more in line with grain finished cattle. www.texasgrassfedbeef.com/news-blog/phony-grass-fed Sad that we can’t trust labels here in the US
THANK YOU!!! I will no longer be shopping at Sprouts. I have Chrohns and I go to great lengths to stay healthy. From now on, butcher box will get my business for beef. I don't buy their chicken because it isn't air chilled or pasture raised.
Mrs. Little I have basically switched to buying all my meat from a local ranch that does all pastured/grass fed. It’s hard to trust any meat in grocery stores. I will still shop at Sprouts for other things like produce, dairy, eggs, and some pantry items. Best of luck to you, I know Crohn’s isn’t easy.
thanks for the info this morning. Leaving home in Chicago and heading to California to spend a couple months with family. Sprouts about a mile from their house so a nice walk to check out all the new items you checked out on your trip.
Sprouts is my favorite store to shop in. Great for buying any kind of vegetables. My usual purchase is salmon, shrimps, butter, cabbage, blueberries, onions, broccoli, brussels sprouts, garlic and cucumber As you can see from my list I'm trying to east healthy and cut down on carbs and processed foods. It worked for me. Transition to vegetables and salmon and elimination of sugars and processed foods allowed me to drop my A1C from 6.2 to 5.2. So I'm recovered diabetic.
Thank you for a Sprouts video. I learn so much from your videos in my quest for better wellness. You have opened my eyes to so many important details. Thank you!
I was just at Spouts today and bought some of the Sprouts brand Grass-Fed Ghee AND the grass-fed ground beef (the price is crazy good). I am feeling so much better about my choices! Thanks for this vlog!
So glad you got to visit Sprouts. They have the grass fed beef on sale pretty much every other week but you do have to buy the value size. The key is to shop the sales and stock up. This is the only place I buy my eggs as they have a wonderful selection of pasture raised. We do have the Lava yogurt but I purchased one and tried it and thought it tasted horrible. Don’t know if I had a bad one or that’s really how it tastes. And yes, everything in the grocery stores in California is usually more expensive out here simply because real estate costs more along with other things such as transportation, wages, ETC. Even at Walmart you will typically see the Great Value brand is more expensive than any place else in the US. It’s the price you pay to live in a place where the weather is beautiful most of the time. Was this your first time at Sprouts?
It shows he's special interest funded. Literally how can you miss the Raw dairy section, they are the highlight of any sprouts in California and regularly sell out. That's the only place Californians can find it cus whole foods and TJ's punked out years ago.
Is going to be the perfect combination with you guys (Thomas and you)! Can't wait to see those videos. I have learned good things and how to eat right with good quality food.
Like you, I found Sprouts pretty pricey. Here in Jacksonville, Earth Fare just opened a new location near the beaches. I'm finding with all these specialty stores, it really pays you to shop their sales and check circulars weekly. Earth Fare had grass fed rib-eyes for $7.99lb and I scooped a bunch of those up. Thanks Bobby - love these kind of videos!
So glad you had a chance to visit a sprouts store! It’s not where I do the bulk of my shopping but they carry some favorite items. Hope your trip was a good one!
Bobby, your excitement about the Moroccan almond butter honey makes me actually want to spend $12 for a 10oz jar of fancy almond butter! I have lately been so into different nut butters to use as spreads! My local Sprouts is in the next plaza to my TJs so I've got it good!
Great video! We used to shop at Sprouts when we lived in California, but are now back in Michigan. Would love to see a video about Meijer when you’re back in the Midwest! 😊
I love Sprout's bulk spices (and bulk everything)...I purchase only what I need for certain dishes and don't keep a lot of excess on hand to potentially go unused, eventually spoil, etc.. The Arizona prices are a bit cheaper, and thankfully, there is a Sprout'son every corner.
@@ThiCityProductions No, it's pretty evenly spread. Sprout's stores are plentiful, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's less so. Sprout's is definitely cheaper than WF and WF has lost it's appeal since Amazon got involved.
They have the grass-fed beef on sale for 3.99/lb about every 2 weeks so it's really the best place to buy it. They also have amazing sales on fruits/veggies and nuts
I shopped at Sprouts for the first time last week. Very nice and clean. The prices weren't bad neither. I told my mom about Sprouts and shes gonna try them out soon.
People in the comments who complain about the prices.....you can make a lot of this stuff yourself. Makes it much cheaper. Pesto, hummus, coconut yogurt can all be made easily at home. Love your channel I’ve been following your food recommendations and I feel better then I have in years! Thanks Bobby
Thank you!! Here in South Jersey we have sprouts almost around the corner from whole foods and Trader Joe’s. Thank you for breaking down the best deals at each one, makes our lives easier. And I love that you are collaborating with Thomas DeLauer. You 2 are my favorite two channels on RUclips. Can’t wait for the videos next month! Next store haul - Wegmans please.
Thanks, for the video I love shopping at sprouts some of the products are a bit expensive, but they are good healthy food thank you as always bless you. Keep on waiting.🙏
I luv ya Bobby!!!! I live in Thousand Oaks!! Geez you were right here in my neighborhood!!! Hopefully you left before the insane winds & fires!!! Mad Love!
Without a doubt , Sprouts has by far the best Deli in America and you can honestly probably say the world. You cannot take that lightly Super Great foods , Super Great Customer Service , Amazing
Thanks Bobby, I Appreciate You & I'm A Sprouts Lover! Thanks For Your Hard Work, Because Of All The Work & Information You Share With Us, I'm Beginning To Revamp My Dite. Love, Love 💓 Marcia 💓 💓💓💓💓
I'm so glad I've found you on RUclips. I'm new to your content, so have you tried Grub Market? If not, I'd love to hear what you would recommend. Thank you for doing the work for us and stirring us down the right road.
In California we have Farmers markets all year round. Local companies sell Nut hummus, dips. I get coconut almond butter. They are a treat due to prices but a nice alternative to store bought.
Great video! We use to live in Thousand Oaks and I use to shop at that sprouts. I love the price on the 100% grass fed beef, I didn't believe the price when I first saw it as well!
Oh, you're close. To my home. I live in Ventura. But have been to Thousand Oak since it is mostly in Ventura County even though partly in LA. Since you are visiting my home county my I suggest you visit Lassen's Natural Foods and Vitamins. They are a family-owned business. They have more than one store and one is located in Thousand Oaks. And they try to support our local Farmers as much as possible here in State. They are located in multiple counties you can do a Google search for all their locations the size of their stores varies by location.
We have Sprouts in Texas and they regularly have that 100% grass fed beef on sale. The price difference is in the family pack and the regular pack. Family pack is always cheaper. So I buy this, split it up and freeze it. $2.99 is the cheapest it ever is! But $3.99 is usually what I see it at here. Still a fantastic price! Great video.
I started shopping at Lazy Acres. There are only 5 stores but it carries more stuff than Sprouts but not as much as WF, IMO. I just bought a Alexandre Family Farm organic A2/A2, 100% grass-fed milk and pasture-raised eggs.
Bobby!! The Cocoyo is available at Fruitful Yield which is a local small health food store in the Chicago burbs. I think they’re popping up in areas closer to the city too. Would love it if you checked them out sometime and maybe showed us some things there too. Please at least look into it. Thank you for always sharing what to buy and why. I have learned so much from your videos!!
You have a Sprouts sister store, it’s called Fresh Thyme Farmers Market! It’s basically the same thing. I moved to San Diego in 2017 and lived near the one in Naperville. The employees told me California’s version was Sprouts and they were right! FRESH THYME FARMERS MARKET! Check them out!
15:44 the organic spices at sprouts are in the larger glass jars made I think by frontier. Right as you went from the upper to lower countertop you can see the jars. I once bought the organic garlic powder thinking it was the regular priced one and paid a little bit more then expected when I checked the receipt.
Thank you! Shop their sales and you get quality at great prices - can be cheaper than my Fry's/Kroger. Wednesdays are double ad day too. A lot of the time I find items on sale that aren't mentioned in the flyer which makes it worth going every few weeks. Went for hamburger and almost filled my cart with great items on sale last trip.
What about Daisy cottage cheese? It’s the cleanest I’ve found vs the others in most stores. Only 3 ingredients I believe. Cultured skim milk, cream, salt. While it’s not organic it doesn’t have filler at all. Seems good and the price is right at $2.19.
My family was a die hard Walmart family. Then we became educated on and we started started at sprouts, more and more until that became our main store. It’s nice to see you representing the foods And brands We eat. Then I wrote a research paper about gmo’s for English and now only buy organic .

@@ThiCityProductions No, it's pretty evenly spread. Sprout's stores are plentiful, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's less so. Sprout's is definitely cheaper than WF and WF has lost it's appeal since Amazon got involved.
Sprouts has organic rolled oats in a bulk section. Love that they have organic oats. Glad they have them in Florida
Welcome and hope you enjoyed your stay in California! Your vidoes are soooo appreciated!
Barbara - from California
They have the grass-fed beef on sale for 3.99/lb about every 2 weeks so it's really the best place to buy it. They also have amazing sales on fruits/veggies and nuts
Great video. BTW people that live in Thousand Oaks will be the first to tell you that they are not in Los Angeles. Thousand Oaks is in Ventura County.
I shopped at Sprouts for the first time last week. Very nice and clean. The prices weren't bad neither. I told my mom about Sprouts and shes gonna try them out soon.
Always a great stuff Bobby!!!! How about fly over to Canada!? Toronto?? Whole foods stores?! That would be fun!!
Actually Thousand Oaks is in Ventura County. I grew up up the road (Oxnard) but I am so happy you did Sprouts!!! Thank you!!!!
Yes sometimes they have bogo that's when i buy thanks for going to Sprout's
People in the comments who complain about the prices.....you can make a lot of this stuff yourself. Makes it much cheaper. Pesto, hummus, coconut yogurt can all be made easily at home. Love your channel I’ve been following your food recommendations and I feel better then I have in years! Thanks Bobby
OMG!!!! You finally did Sprouts!! So happy. 🥰
Terrific video! I've been waiting for you to go to one of my fav stores in LA. Hope they expand nation-wide!
I'm happy to see this as they just opened a Sprouts in my town not too long ago.
AWESOMENESS!! I've been waiting for this one for a while. Much obliged, @FlavCity !!!, Bobby et al.!! Great job like always! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
You cannot take that lightly
Super Great foods , Super Great Customer Service , Amazing
prices are way overpriced ,
OMG When the video began I thought "That looks like my Sprouts parking lot" and it is!! This is awesome haha
Thanks Bobby, I Appreciate You & I'm A Sprouts Lover! Thanks For Your Hard Work, Because Of All The Work & Information You Share With Us, I'm Beginning To Revamp My Dite. Love, Love 💓 Marcia 💓 💓💓💓💓
Thanks Bobby. # keep on cooking, mad love and peace.
The GT Cocoyo yogurt is available through Green Bean Delivery and also at Fresh Thyme.
Yay!! Finally sprouts!! I moved from to California about 3 months ago and I’m in love with Sprouts ❤️
That yogurt does look super cool but I'm not sure I could pay $4.49 for one serving!
we all die eventually. screw the yogurt get a entire roasted chicken for 4.99
@@fightttttt lol
To pay 4.49 for one serving of yogurt, whether you can afford it or not, is super stupid. I agree with the comment on the whole chicken.
We spend more money on other things that we don't need
@@fightttttt 😂😂 Way more than 4.99$ today! 🤷 In Canada, it's about 14.99$ for a cooked chicken.
Great video Bobby! Made my list and going right now...loving the music Sprouts had playing too!
Looooove sprouts! They have so many specialty products, its fantastic!
I’m so excited about the collab with Thomas!!!!!!!!!!! 🙌 you are both my favorites!
J G they’re similar... may not have exactly everything the same but close enough... I have gone to both.
J G why are you being a jerk? It’s just a comment. Let it go.
15:44 the organic spices at sprouts are in the larger glass jars made I think by frontier. Right as you went from the upper to lower countertop you can see the jars. I once bought the organic garlic powder thinking it was the regular priced one and paid a little bit more then expected when I checked the receipt.
So excited you are doing videos with Thomas DeLauer! Love both you guys!! Thanks for all your work! ❤️❤️🤗
I love Sprouts and they have some really good sales. Also their Tuesday sales items you can still get on Wednesday.
What about Daisy cottage cheese? It’s the cleanest I’ve found vs the others in most stores. Only 3 ingredients I believe. Cultured skim milk, cream, salt. While it’s not organic it doesn’t have filler at all. Seems good and the price is right at $2.19.
