- Wow, I found some new and healthy finds at Costco that you will love! We're talking top notch ingredients, great prices, and brands you know and love. I always love to check on what's new at Costco, because it's changing all the time. I was so happy to see the finally upgraded the avocado oil mayo and got rid of the sugar! There are some really healthy snack options at Costco, but those coconut and chocolate clusters have some of the best ingredients I have seen in a sweet treat. Of course I was beyond thrilled to see our cookbook there, I will put a full list of Costco stores right below here, hopefully we can sell out and get a big nationwide order. BTW Omad Keto was just letting people know that there is the possibility that their Costco might not have all the items he is speaking of. For example, his book is not available at the New York Costcos.

It’s amazing to me that 1 product can have such perfect, clean ingredients, then the product right next to it can contain multiple bad ingredients (no no’s)
I’ve also been swapping my hub’s favorite foods out with Bobby approved ones. After a few weeks, he told me that he actually feels better and hasn’t used his inhaler after eating the Ezekiel and Dave’s Killer bread. Amazing!! All breads he ate in the past would give him an asthma attack immediately after consuming it.
I just discovered your channel in Sept; I spent my entire vacation week binge watching your videos. My friends and family now watch your channel as well.

You will still be eating extremely unhealthy if you follow @FlavCity with Bobby Parrish advice. He is not referencing the medical literature and none of these snacks are good for you. They are all high calorie high fat and high sugar with low nutritional value. Ingredients labels mean nothing when the nutrition label is abhorrent.
The books are all lies if there’s anything I’ve learned in life is that all those nutrition books were bought by big corporations to sell there stuff ex yoplat and milk corporations . Flavcity actually gives a lot of low sugar options

Hi Bobby, can you make a “non-negotiables” video showing what to absolutely avoid at all costs? I’m on a budget and I would love to buy all the healthy products that you recommend but it’s just too expensive for me sometimes. So in your opinion, what are a few things that you would avoid no matter what? Like certain oils, carrageenan, natural flavors, etc.?

I love when you explain the different labeling meanings, such as organic vs grass fed. My guess is that most of us have know idea of the raising and feeding practices of our foods. On my personal journey to becoming more aware of what not only goes into my body but more importantly what is going into my kids bodies, is truly appreciated. Thank you

Love your videos, and this one is perfect timing as I'm planning a trip to Costco today. Congrats on getting your cookbook into Costco! Love both of the snack foods you picked up, but the coconut clusters are really only clusters in the top of the bag. The bottom 1/4 to 1/3 is all broken up. Still a big fan, especially the dark chocolate nuggets. Not sure if you've ever done this, but it would be great if you could do a video on the best dark chocolates.

I love the Autumns Gold and the coconut clusters! I make homemade trail mix and I use the clusters in my mix. I'm going to buy the chocolate if my Costco stocks it. I have that maple syrup. I got them a couple months ago. When I bought them they were 10.00. It is so good.
They have large bottles of agave syrup there also.

Great video. I work at Sam’s Club they offer basically no organic, which is very disappointing.
Those dark chocolate clusters are amazing. Although, they are very addicting. Another great thing about Costco for sure. The organic produce in the refrigerated section. I love Costco...❤️

Costco is my all time favorite store. I go there atleast twice a week. Great organic products, great quality with great prices. Costco is way better than Sam's Club.

As always another great video! Have you tried the Kirkland organic Marinara sauce? I know you like Rao’s but the Costco brand is all organic tomatoes, no added sugar and at a great price.

At our store in Canada we have the Victoria white linen collection marinara. No sugar, no tomato paste or puree.
I'm literally addicted to those chocolate clusters, if I'm not diligent in portioning them into bags, I can eat the whole bag easy!

I first saw the Inno coconut cluster at the Costco in Canada about five years ago. It was so good. When I came home, I couldn’t find anywhere in US Costco. I even searched on Amazon and it wasn’t there either. About two years ago, I saw it at our Costco, I was so excited, I bought 5 bags. Of course, I didn’t eat it all. I shared 2 and kept 3.

Amy's Soups are my go to when traveling I am Gluten Free and the vegetable soup is delicious. I wish she made dehydrated soup so it would be lighter when we are flying.

I’m sure it’s more he just doesn’t have a membership to it. I basically switched to Costco because they were actually closer. Haven’t really noticed to much of a difference in price, nor products.
I'm sure he would get the membership if it came down to it- I've been a member of both and Sam's doesn't compare
