I can see the continents mod being a very interesting option for a factions server with a larger player count, where essentially each continent can have a single faction/kingdom.

Fun fact: The Aether mod was so good, that mojang hired the creator of the mod
His name is Brandon "kingbdogz" Pearce
This fun fact has been regurgitated so many times at this point that it stopped being fun
Sadly tho, they confirmed that the aether will never be added. Pretty unfortunate.
Not So Fun Fact: Its being sold on the Minecraft Bedrock marketplace without the creator's permission

The Aether finally getting updated properly to the new versions of the game is such good news
The one with the most potential is the continent mod. Minecraft really needs to implement something like this to improve the exploration and make the world more immersive. I always thought that the game needed something like realistic continents maybe more stylised and compact to fit the game art style.
I know this was even an original plan by notch but the community backlash was so bad he had to revert it
Doesn't the large biomes setting do something similar already?
@@turnipaitor yeah he wanted to do something similar years ago but still this doesn't mean it can't be done today. The game is dying again and I think an aesthetic improvement might help.
@@jhonsillosanchez8494 Not really, what I meant with my comment is a world generation that actually make sense with continents and biomes that interconnect naturally and look good from above when you make maps. Obviously it doesn't have to be a 1:1 scale and have the same exact proportion of a real world but a reduced and stylised version that can fit the game aesthetic would be awesome. What we have now is a cluster of shapless islands that makes no sense together and making them bigger won't solve the mess that you see when you make a map of the world.
Continents are something that really needs to happen. If people don't like it then why not make it a terrain option like superflat or large biomes so people who don't want them, don't have to have them? They could also make large biomes + continents option. As it is now, Minecrafts world is like an infinite inland.
Seeing the Hang glider here is such a throwback to openblocks

After seeing that continents mod, I’m confident that you could pull off some type of pirate/one piece inspired conversion for the game, where the player could explore the islands and find loot, bosses, etc.

I’m so glad to see that the Mutant mod is still around. I used to watch Popularmmos cover the mod and fight all the mutant mobs.
I really like the concept of the continents mod but I feel like in practice it might become frustrating to have to travel large oceans like that lol. Could be great with a fun boat mod added though

There was a really cool mod that allowed you to build your own vessels
Even with a normal boat it's pretty fun to explore and map out everything.

Epic vid I only use mods on 1.12 but some of these are very interesting to use on 1.19
2:55 I was so happy yet surprised to learn that Mutant Creatures, later continued by Mutant Beasts, has now had a second layer of remaking. This mod has been around since the early days and it's here to stay!

Thank you AsianHalfSquad for introducing new mods for me. I will add some of them to my modded world for sure. I personally loved to play modded minecraft though, the vanilla minecraft is just to plain fore at this point... 😊
I remember the Hangglider Mod from 1.7.10... damn that was always my go to thing to craft, it gave so much mobility.

Mods like Real Camera and such just adds another step to making GMOD realism in minecraft

quite high-quality and perfectly fits into the natural minecraft generation

I see Ruined Equipment being useful for people who forgot their Pickaxe was about to break and wondered why something like that was only added for the Elytra

I didn't know the Aether was updated. I thought it was abandonware, which is why people were remeniscing about it recently

Hang glider has to be from the open blocks mod, or well taken to be separate (which is fine) cause elevator from it is too

entity model features does make fresh animations compatible, however is does not make it so fresh animations and physics mod are compatible.

Real Camera reminds me of how people mod first-person cameras into third-person games. GTA SA has first-person mods with cameras like that.

Nah bro. I can't stand bedrock mod. Especially in mcpedl. 💀. It's just has low effort and content, rarely upload, and other things.

its a shader named "bliss" its a edit of chocopic shader, it got biome specific fog, which i think is only unique to this shader.... check it out
I prefer the paraglider mod, it also comes with a godess statue and these spirit orbs that you can use to get more stamina (the paraglider uses up stamina over time) or more health

hello i cant get fresh animations with sodium fabric and shaders to work idk what im doing wrong im on 19.4 i got 2 loader now one is fabric loader wich works fine with mods and fresh animation but i cant use shaders for some reason the other one is iris sodium here it says in the botom corner on the title screen fabric with this one i can use shaders but no mods and fresh animation dosent work. im so confused

An idea I have is Turing Minecraft into Dino crisis like have a science lab and you have to get past the dinosaurs
