@@Volixz0 sure. I've been using 4K monitor + 4070 SUPER for the past half a year and it was great for the most part. Just a few problematic games where frame generation caused problems. Ghost of Tsushima is one of them. Having just 12GB of memory is starting to become a nuisance this year. I still enjoy my 4070 SUPER. Sometimes just have to use a more aggressive upscaling instead of frame generation.
I accepted $800 and jumped on it. With the microcenter return guarantee and convenience of picking it up on a whim.. was worth the premium. I loves my GPU 😊

The ultra screen space reflection settings are broken on Nvidia GPUs. Just switch them to High (and Volumetrics on Medium) and you'll get around 80-100fps at DLSS quality at 4k on the TI Super.
this, 4070 super might be good enough but the lack of VRAM will be an issue for sure, 16GB and good RT performance, plus DLSS3 and FG will make the 4070 ti super age better than other cards from these new generations
Not really.cuz when talking about future proofing this card will be 500$ in 2 years and it'll not be worth it that's the sad reality of it. Buy a GPU for today. Imagine buying the 3090 2 years ago and watching today get demolished by the 4070 super. You can buy a GPU for half the price of the 4070ti s and then upgrade it when it slows down but don't spend a 1000$ for a GPU just for 1440 overkill and say it's for future proofing. That's my advice
Its 800 and for 400 you don't get a good 1440p card for high settings with good frame rate. Futureproof does not mean never cards will not be better but you will be able to play demanding games for a long time until you have to lower the settings. Its also a good pick for video editing, because software like davinci resolve profits a lot of high vram bandwidth and amount.

They all yap about rasterisation but dude new games are so damn demanding that u need to use upscaling and the only upscalar useful is dlss . i have tried fsr and its so horrible idk why people say it looks good or its really close to dlss bcs its not
Thank you for the kind words!🤝🙂 I think some content creators are losing touch with reality because when they get a new GPU for review, they're laser-focused on FPS numbers. I decided to take a different approach. I take the time to actually experience the hardware as you would when you get a new GPU, using an appropriate monitor to match the resolution I'm testing. This is the only way I can satisfy my curiosity about how good a certain product is. There's no better way to form an opinion than to actually use it instead of trying to quantify everything with numbers alone.
Honestly for a mid range card, it performed much better than i expected. Also, nobody should use ultra presets, they've never been worth it for the performance hit and often you cant even tell the difference.
Honestly given that it has 16 gigs it's an entry level high-end card. Ultra presets are for wankers, usually resulting in zero visual improvement but huge performance hit.
A big reason why Hellblade 2 is so demanding is because it uses software based Lumen. Despite not being as demanding as hardware based RT, it still puts on a lot of load onto the GPU.
got the none super edition and at 2k it exceeded my expectations. i bought the damn thing for just about 1000 euro if they had the human decency to price this at say 800, it would have made everyone happy

I have a 4070 TI Super and only use it on a 1440p 170 Hz display and I lock the FPS to 120. This way the GPU has tons of overhead in intensive areas in each game.

The 10700K will most likely cause a bottleneck. It's quite old. Some new games require a lot of CPU performance. As for PC vs PS5, I've no idea. I have zero experience with consoles.
With the latest news on Intel CPU instability I can't recommend them full stop. Get yourself a nice Ryzen system instead. I'd get a Ryzen 7 7800X3D if I were building a PC around the 4070 Ti SUPER today.

However, from my experience, this type of recording only causes a slight FPS drop. This is because most modern GPUs use a dedicated encoder, which minimises the performance impact. The whole purpose of this feature is to allow us to play games while simultaneously streaming or recording gameplay without a significant performance hit.
Not paying €900+ for a video card. Exceptionally good deal on 4070 Super was €620, I took it. Normal 4070 still in production for €580 but that is a pretty bad price and the 4070Ti is done for but still €850, no good deal there.

Hi! I don't think it's normal. It should boot fast. Check that you've installed the RAM correctly. Populate 2nd and 4th slots first. Make sure that your BIOS is updated to the latest version. I hope this helps. P.S. if that doesn't work then check RAM compatibility list on your motherboard manufacturer's official product page (usually located in "Support" section of the product page). Some RAM models just doesn't work with certain motherboards.

There are more demanding areas in forbbiden west, later in the game. Personally I've begun experiementing with dynamic upscaling and setting a FPS target. This way you ensure the game to try and keep your framerate target

Does dynamic resolution work well with frame generation tho?🤔 I'll have to try it later. I've used it a little bit in No Rest For The Wicked and it was quite good. I couldn't tell the difference in most cases. Just kept enjoying the game as the technology was working its magic 🙂

@@hashimnabil I've been running path tracing at 100fps with upscaling and frame Gen. DLSS framegen does add a little input lag but the frame pacing is so consistent that it is SO worth it if you have a high fps monitor. Killer technology. Aggressive upscaling looks passable at 4k so I just committed to the perfect lighting instead of perfect resolution. I am still kinda surprised I decided to get a 40 series GPU on a whim lol Aside from cyberpunk and the witcher.. what other games are as beautiful? 😍
i love the 4070ti super, i play mostly at 1440p, the framerates are pretty good and i can almost max out my 240hz monitor. 4K is not worth yet, you are always on the verge below 60fps

In my country it costs almost twice as much as a RX 7900 XT and the RX 7900 XTX costs the same and is on level with a RTX 4090 in rastoration.

DLSS is OP. Frame gen is buttery.

I have this setup too. It is the best well rounded GPU choice for modern AAA titles. Enough vram.. fast enough to play anything but.. not $2k 4090 lol

4K monitor are too demanding. I play at 3440x1440 on a 40" monitor and the 4070 Ti Super is great at that resolution.

The ghosting on cyberpunk is mostly fixed by increasing the sharpening.

7900xt is not much faster than 4070ti its slightly faster.
