Virtual Treadmill Walking - Trail with Rivers and Waterfalls - Table Rock State Park

- A 45 minute virtual walk on the Carrick Creek Trail in Table Rock State Park in South Carolina. Carrick Trail has several spots featuring waterfalls, babbling brooks, and water running down slabs of rocks.
The following is the description of the trail from South Carolina State Parks: Description: This 2 mile trail loop provides some breathtaking views of Table Rock State Park. A circuit of the Carrick Creek Trail will take you about one hour to complete, and is clearly marked with green blazes on tree trunks throughout the trail. You begin your hike at an elevation of 1,160 feet at the Nature Center, and rise to 1,520 feet with numerous views of cascading waterfalls as you pass through a forest that includes a dominant oak-hickory forest, scattered pines, and hemlock. An observation deck less than 100 yards up the trail at Carrick Creek Falls allows outdoor enthusiasts to be a part of the great South Carolina outdoors.

if there was an approx speed and inclines also that would be just perfect.
Im trying to allign my spped with the pace of the video
I cannot speak to the incline because it changed quite a bit, but l was averaging a 2.5 mph pace.
This is spectacular and much appreciated, especially for winter months when I'm stuck inside! 💖

Thank you for this. I suffer from severe anxiety and depression and agoraphobia. I used to hike in Vermont and some in Montana and this brought back that feeling as I walked on my treadmill.
Not gonna lie at 11:49 I got jump scared. It was just his face checking the cam but calmly walking then BAM face in the corner nearly gave me a heart attack Lol. But yeah this was amazing and great for me. Love this vid.

AWESOME! Thank you for putting this out with nothing but the sounds of nature. I was involved in a car wreck that injured my right side SI joint. After walking 110 national parks and countless state parks I fear my hiking days are over. I really appreciate being able to "get out there and go again".

Will, I want to thank you for this video! I had hip replacement 3 years ago, and have been getting back in shape hiking. But lately it is too hot to go out.. in the upper 90s here. As a senior I did not want to go out in the heat. I hate walking on the treadmill! I searched videos, and all I could find were videos that were too smooth in steps and nice relaxing music in the background! I accidently came across yours and loved it. It is just like being out on my favorite paths! I will be enjoying your videos for sometime I am sure!

Wow thank you so much for a well done video. I just loved it. I could not go for a walk this morning because of icy roads. So I was wandering to my self if there were vidéos of sceneries for walking and to my joy I found your video that was first on the list. The only thing that was missing is the smell of the woods and the fresh sent of the water cascades. Man I would walk this trail every day. So thanks again for taking time and sharing this with us . Great video, perfect for medium speed treadmill. I have to do cardio after a heart issue and this is the ticket. It's super nice on a 110" screen, just the right amount of camera bob and speed. :) Thank you much. Great scenery and I'll have to visit the place in real life soon.

The combination of trees and water is so emotionally healing. Maybe that's why so many people are grumpy. They don't get enough nature. Here's a personal anecdote. An older lady that I knew years ago told me that her son had a nervous breakdown and the doctor's orders were to get him to a place with trees and water. As she had treed beachfront property in a quiet little town, she took him home and he recovered nicely.

Thank you SO much for this! I live in Missouri but Tablerock is just too far for me to go. I love the hiking trails but I don't walk that well anymore and the inclines make me too short of air. This is wonderful and I am doing my marching in place to this. I love how you will turn the camera to see things, like the waterfall, etc. Thanks again!!
