What a wonderful run! Don't have a treadmil, so I managed with running in place in my living room and I had a blast! Every time there was a puddle, or a bridge, or a woodden path or a rock on the way I would raise my knees a bit more. Thank you for this! It's such a lovely landscape with the river, the mountains, the snow, the rabbits, the wind blowing through the bushes and that big bird in the middle of the way!😄 Those bridges had a 20 person limit, but you just carried thousands with you ❤️
I’m glad I found this! 23 year old former athlete 😢 I was diagnosed with Dysautonomia and orthostatic intolerance- went downhill very suddenly. I’ve been bed ridden for 3 months because my HR goes crazy high. I’ve missed working out and going out for walks soooo badly and I just walked in place to your video ❤️🙏 Doing what I can, thank you!
Went for a five mile jog on my treadmill while enjoying the scenery. Thank you for posting this! I find it hard to stay motivated while jogging but this really helped.
Just saying - but if you feel like running in Gaspe, Quebec, canada harsh winter... here is a link. Did it yesterday - it was crazy ! 75km/h wind ! ruclips.net/video/5KTAuLLJMIE/видео.html&ab_channel=VirtualRun
I don't own a treadmill or walking pad but I recently found out I love to jog on the spot in my living room. It has helped me so much during my health journey - physical and mental. Love that the jog is a nice place and music helped make the time go by. Finish then kept going another 10 minutes.
Love this one. I’m in Brighton England and suffer so badly with my mental illness that at times it stops me running outdoor for weeks at a time. On my treadmill and I found myself loving your epic country. I was so engrossed I was saying hi to the walkers and thanking for them dodging out of the way. Now that is nuts!!!! Thanks for helping. Salute to NZ.
Just keep going. Don't allow your illness the luxury of ruining your life. Put it in its place , and keep running. Much love and good energy your way ,!
Thank you sooo much for this!! I live in the Pyrenees Mountains south of France and (as a 66-year-old runner) have decided to train for trail running. It's hard for me to squeeze great runs in during the week when I'm working but this beauty and experience and my treadmill were awesome! I am usually bored and counting the time till a treadmill run is over but today I didn't want to stop! Genius idea. Look forward to discovering more :-)
just found you . amen ! what a blessing burned off 400 calories . on a mission to lose 2 stone of lock down weight gain ! well done i will use this again
You have a really good product. I appreciate how you don’t pan the camera - I watched another channels video running through a cityscape and about fell of the treadmill when he panned up to look at the buildings.
I wasn't sure I could manage the entire 50 minutes, but between your pace, your choice of music and the feeling of have the entire place to oneself, I was motivated to complete the entire video. Thank you for such an awesome walk. 😊
I don't have a treadmill so I just jogged on the spot to this for four minutes (just getting back into exercise so taking it easy!) I had a sweat up by the end but the four minutes flew by with this amazing video. Love it. Thank you. I'll try for 8 minutes tomorrow :-)
We don't have a treadmill, but we do have two young children who march in place with me and love going on these adventures. We get to stretch our legs and our imaginations. Thank you!
Thank so much. I just found your channel. Instead of walking in front of the TV , I am running. Music is awesome. I may even get on my stationary bike now. 🏍
New Zealand was one of our last vacations before the world was overtaken by Covid. I remember the Hooker Valley Track vividly & the awe inspiring night sky we were treated to whilst overnighting at the White Horse Hill campground. Bless you for enabling us to run this beautiful track on the treadmill.
I could almost feel the cool breeze at my face, spotted the rabbits, loved the scenery. It was just amazing! I felt like traveling and being abroad. Looking forward to my next indoor running. ( as a pediatrician, sport's medicine and lifestyle physician I will surely suggest your videos to my patients)
I highly recommend this video for special needs. My son and I walked with different arm and leg movements to this. For those in wheelchairs, great way to work upper body. We changed what we were doing when we got to a bridge, sign, or when a path changed. Thank you for posting
Wow! This is amazing thank you so much for posting this video. I’m beyond proud of myself for having be able to run 25 minutes with this scenery. It’s been the longest run I have done so far on my treadmill. I’m proud of you all! have an amazing day! 💪🏻🔥

Thank you so much for putting in all this effort to make these videos. My father is 90 and has vascular parkinsonism, so he can no longer walk. He was a tramper and he loved gong tramping the bush trails of New Zealand, doing the Tongariro crossing twice in his 70's. This video has been of great pleasure for him to watch on the big TV.
I subscribed. Thank you SO much for these videos. During the winter months it's dark and constantly below freezing. It gets dark so early and I only have time to run in the evenings. I actually look forward to them now because of these beautiful landscapes. I throw these up on a 4k TV right in front of my treadmill with the music blasting. Absolutely awesome!! Many thanks again!
Im jogging inside the house while watching your virtual running video. I enjoyed my workout because of the beautiful scenery in new zealand. thanks for your great video.
Awesome video! Thanks so much for posting your runs. So cool that we've inspired each other to run and create content from the opposite side of our planet. Keep it up!
Just another reason to visit beautiful New Zealand when we can. Stuck inside here in KY, USA and this gives me a reason to keep moving. Thanks so much! Liked and subscribed.
I thank you for virtual runs like these. it's a wonderful exploration of a new place. The music helps keep the pace too. You're providing a good service to runners like me who are discouraged to go outdoors because of the pandemic. These days if I do run it's with a mask at a nearby park. Your video lets me run in place indoors. On a large flat screen TV it is quite immersive. More power to you.
It's more than a month since I've not stepped out of the house because of the lockdown in Mumbai. Your videos have been a great boon, transporting me daily to lush green valleys, snow clad mountains. I am viewing your videos on a TV screen and running in front of it. Thank you for helping me stay fit and positive. I've completed running with every video multiple times. Love them.
It was - 8°C outside this morning here in NJ. Just miserable. Thank you for making a very boring run in my basement a really pleasant experience. I am grateful for people like you that give and share their blessings with the rest of us!! Cheers!!
You are my go-to channel for treadmill running!! Every video has great variety of terrain, scenery and wildlife! Thank you for giving me so many fun runs!
This is so beautiful and inspiring to watch while back on my elliptical after breaking my ankle a year ago at 60! Super enjoyable while listening to a mix of my favorite music. Thank you for your effort and generosity ❤
I live in the Middle East and this video helped me complete the couch to 5K when it was hitting 40C+ by taking my mind off the treadmill display and giving me the beautiful view to see again. I was lucky enough to walk a part of this trail in 2019 so it was special to be able to "run" it. Sadly I've let it go, so I'm back on the trail again with the help of this and your other video's
Wow stunning mountain views and dreamy clouds in the bluebird sky, so perfect thank you for sharing! I like that your camera moves a little like jogging so while running on my treadmill it feels immersive. Also your national parks system deserve recognition, they maintain the trails I assume? The trail is in such good condition I can tell someone is working hard and doing such a great job! And the pedestrian suspension bridges, just wow really impressive. We've had this runner for years and it was barely used. Ran the other day just 30 minutes. Today the full length of the video. Hope soon to be ready for going out running or rather hicking in the real world. Thank you.
Wow beautiful video and awesome music. My first virtual run on treadmill and i finally able to run non stop for almost 30 minute without resting. For 45yrs and 90kg me, this video boost my energy and add my morale to run more everday. Thanks from Msia
This was the first virtual run I ever did that I didn’t turn off after five minutes! The music and scenery was absolutely gorgeous and actually held my attention! I am a road runner and if I could run in a place like that I would actually give mountain running a chance. At least I did not fall off the treadmill. Keep up the great work
Thank you SO MUCH for these videos! I love them. The rabbits running across the path, the beauty. I really appreciate these and it truly makes my elliptical workout so much better! You’re awesome!!!
Stormed through 30 minutes. Say that was some increasable back country, and enjoyed the track sections. Maybe someday I will go there in person. Thank You!
Thank you! I will use this when I’m rebounding. Rebounding is part of my training program for hiking in the mountains. (Don’t understand how this video is not shaky lol.) Have a happy day!
Loved this video. It’s been snowing here in “lockdown” North East England, so this video has helped me feel like I was running in the crisp fresh air of Northumberland. Thank you for the lovely experience. I’ll be back 😀
Fabulous-I’ve never done a video like this before and I’ve been missing out. Absolutely beautiful and so engaging I ran further than I have for a long time but the real bonus is I didn’t notice! (usually im watching the seconds!) Thank you so much
Yo camino 5 veces a la semana con tus videos, gracias por tan bonitos paisajes, espero estés bien con el terremoto que pasaron, saludos desde Mexico 🇲🇽🌹
Such a beautiful run. i listened to album radio based on shika shika / botanas series, really got me moving - spotify and 65 yr olds, still rocking lol.
This is the best hands down, after my short treadmill run (trying again to keep in some sort of shape) I continued to watch till the end just b/c it was so darn good. Thanks so much for taking the time to do this, music was great too:)

Peddling my mini bicycle, enjoying the music & scenery. A 72yrs old trying to keep fit during the lockdown, lovely & well done.

Thank you for transporting a 72 year old treadmill runner to New Zealand. One of my favourite treadmill videos. 💖
Glad you enjoyed it! I look forward to going back to this location for some more running filming. Thanks for watching!
This is my favorite. The snow on the ground, the wind blown bushes, the music, and the loneliness.
Whoever maintains this trail should be commended!👍 Nice trail walk.
Went for a five mile jog on my treadmill while enjoying the scenery. Thank you for posting this! I find it hard to stay motivated while jogging but this really helped.
Please create this virtual run in all seasons - it would be so great to see :)
Hi Susan! I'm planning to get back there soon. I'll try to make it happen. Thanks for watching!

I know what you mean - but every time I get out nevertheless the cold weather I am very satisfied afterwards
I recently started running again on the treadmill. This was the first virtual run video I tried and loved it.
No better feeling when doing a mountain trail than seeing the outhouses and the car!

I want to go to Nepal again this year and shoot some training videos this time 👍
Wow stunning mountain views and dreamy clouds in the bluebird sky, so perfect thank you for sharing! Don't ever take that gem of a park for granted, much trail envy from here in the US!
Hi Lauren! Yep this trail is awesome. It's usually gets a lot of traffic but is in awesome condition. Planning to get back here for more vids soon!

Great views made the hour on treadmill enjoyable and will definitely use again during lockdown and it’s fitting as extremely cold here.....
Great to hear!
Best scenery I've seen in these types of videos!
