For me, this is such an eye- candy treat! I live over on the other side of the world on the East Coast of the United States in Virginia, which is a beauty in itself… But I don’t think that I’m going to get the chance to visit Oregon which I have always wanted to, and I am unable to do the kind of walking/hiking that I once loved so much, so this is such a wonderful, wonderful way to be able to see such beauty in a place that I’ve often thought was so beautiful. Silver Creek is about a hours drive from my home, as a child and young adult we had many happy hours picnicking and camping there. It has lovely places to spread out a blanket and just enjoy the sounds of nature or take a nap.
I am a nature watcher I appreciate God's handy work in a fallen world of all creatures great and small beauty is in the eyes of the beholder and I see and hear beauty in everything around me we can't operate without nature ❤ 😂

I use to live about a 30 minute drive from Silver Falls St Park. It was gorgeous during every season. There’s 9 waterfalls in all, but 2 of them will take 3/4 of a day to hike to. No one is allowed to stay overnight but you have no choice if you decide to hike to those 2. Park Ranger’s usually won’t say anything if you pitch a tent unless you’re being loud and acting like a jerk. Then they will escort you from the park. I was never kicked out as I respected the park and nature.
This is a perfectly wonderful video...No talking , no footsteps heard, Yay !!! & you took your time in leisurely filming the vastness and peaceful tranquility of the Oregon Forest.. This will be one of my favorite nature videos to use as a peaceful background ambience when working around the house or when I am our and about...Thank you very very much :)
Hello. I am an Oregonian, born in the capital city of Salem. I grew up in southeast rural Portland. Then my family moved even further east to a small lumber mill town by the name of Boring Oregon. Many years ago on Ripley's Believe It or Not, Joanne Worley, a player in the cast from the comedy show called " Laugh-In, hosted a visit to Boring Oregon for the Ripley show. It was funny because she walked into the little Tavern in town and said, " well here we are Ripley's Believe It or Not! In the exciting little town of Boring Oregon! I am here in the boring Tavern with a few of the boring locals as they enjoy a cold boring beer after work! Across the street is the boring gas station, and up the road is the small but very productive boring lumber mill!" Joanne Worley continued like that and it was pretty comical and then she put her index finger tips in both of her smiling dimples as she always did on the Laugh-In show! Being from there and living there Oh, I thought that was pretty special for such a boring little town. And in reality, not boring but absolutely beautiful. 45 minutes from skiing at Mount Hood 45 minutes from the Columbia River, and even less time to Blue Lake and Sandy River and all the wonderful water sources that keep Oregon so green. I've been stuck in California. For way too long so I'm asking for all of you lovers of country water and Lush Greenery of the Northwest, if you would please take a moment and throw all of your positive spirit energy and God love that move and goal to get back home happens very soon! :-) we all need to get to where we are happiest. Where We Belong and where we can be our best for Mother Earth and the like-minded souls around us who share this Earth. Mother Earth. A miracle from God spirit. The most beautiful of the universe.
