Perfect pace for me, a fluffy 57 year-old female, height 5'1. I could keep up with the sound of your steps walking on the treadmill at 3.5 mph. I did 30 minutes since it was my first time trying this, got 2 miles in . 😊
Just want to let you know that this video is THE BEST treadmill virtual video I have watched (and I've watched a ton of them to find the right one-and yours is PERFECT!). The camera is steady, focused on the trail (not going from side to side 'looking' at the sights), the trail is straight and the scenery is heavenly. I have a bit of an inner ear imbalance and this video keeps me on the treadmill, which literally is a life saver! I would love more of this type of video, especially the consistent focus on the trail. I am so very thankful to you for posting this!
Thank you for this video. I needed it so much. I've left the beautiful green USA for the barren desert of Eastern Providence Saudi Arabia and I am depressed as hell stuck indoors with the AC and absolutely no green trails anywhere. You deserve a great reward for helping a poor lady feel so much happier. 😅
Just recently bought a treadmill and this video is AMAZING for a treadmill walk. I felt like I was really there. I found myself saying hello to the people passing by…lol The scenery and sounds are again, amazing. I’ll be walking to this video many more times. Thank you!!….also added to my bucket list for a place to visit and walk for real.
Just started today and I did the 45 minute one . I just set a timer, divided the time so I could warm up, increase the stride and then slow down gradually I will do one every day and move on to the others as I get used to this method. This beats going outside in the heat and I'll ne in the comfort and privacy of my home. I can stop if I need to and pick up the pace again. I can work around this and do it day or night. I had gone to our local Y a few years ago together with a neighbor and it was NOISEY, and there were too many distractions .... it was not my cup of brew. I saw people using the equipment and then not bothering to wipe it down with the disinfectant that was provided as was the rules. I think I went 3 times and that was enough for me. This is AWESOME ... Late for the party but so glad I came.
I worked on the Palmetto/Peak to Prosperity trail in 2002 in Americorp. I remember having to remove part of the old train track trestles and put new boards on top for the footbridge. Thanks for the video! What a blast from the past for me!
Thank you for this video. Started walking after having both knees replaced and wanted to start jogging again. I started out at 1 minute since i was so out of shape. I am slowly increasing my distance by adding a minute after every 6 times on the threadmill. When i started out jogging earlier this year, i could barely jog from homeplate to the end of the softball field. Now i am up to 10 minutes and will keep increasing slowly. Thanks for the great video, i kind of know which person is coming up on the trail. I am up to 80-90 minutes on the treadmill & your video is just perfect for me. Thanks again.👍
Beautiful countryside. Nice peaceful walk. I just happened to think what a nice trail to ride my MTB when those first two riders went by. That's ok, I like to hike and bike.
Great effort to make a fun treadmill video. Straight rail trail, much of it double track, through low country coastal plain. Numerous other humans (hikers and bikers). Scenery 3/5, Solitude 3/5, Stable video 5/5. Thanks for posting this
Thanks! I appreciate the feedback on my videos, especially this one since I wasn't sure if people wanted to walk along this trail (though I do love running along this particular route).
Finally, a decent virtual treadmill walk! So many of these walks are just like a tourist nature hike where the cameras going all over but on the trail. Then you got your guides who think their personality plus you talk too much.
While this one I walked, I did go a little faster than normal. I think I registered a 14:30 mile with my walk along this trail. It helped that it was a very flat trail for me.

Thank you so much for walking this trail. I just loved it. When it's just to hot or
the weather is bad I walk this with you. Again thanks.❤😊
Just getting back to fitness, and this flat trail is perfect, thank you.
Loved it. Took a 90 min walk. Thanks for accompanying me through this video!

I would love to do this walk in the other direction. It is the only one I like that is out there. speed is good, scenery is awesome.
Awesome
Great virtual walking video! All your videos are such an inspiration! I love your channel and hope mine can be as inspiring as yours one day!
Thank you so much for the kind words!
I meant to say guide to talk to much. Ha
Needs music
It’s jogging not walking.
