The Two-Handed Sword Talisman is a new Talisman found in the Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. This Talisman adds 15% damage to attacks done while two handing.
While the Talisman says it enhances attacks with two-handed weapons, you need to be using the weapon in both hands to get the bonus. It also does not add the 15% to Ash of War attacks.

So this talisman works by 2 handing any weapon? And u get a flat %15 dmg increase ?

Yep, two hand any weapon and it’s 15% increased damage with all attacks except for ash of war ones

@HarryNinetyFour dam that's great. This will help with the spear and dragon katana. I know it doesn't work with ash of war. It's still nice to have that flat %15. Appreciate the video!

Only works on light and heavy attacks if you two hand a weapon, also i think it doesn't boost critical attacks (backstab for example)

So, does this talisman work for fist weapons as well, since technically you are power stancing them?

I'm not sure, I haven't got any paired weapons to test it on. Easy way is to attack something without it on, and then with it on
