In South Africa im sure you could get the same size house on the coast for half the price. Lovely house but the price seems excessive but then again i know nothing about the housing market in TZ

Zanzibar is a great location because its a holiday destination but as it stands that's a new market being established here. Maybe they're just shooting for the stars hoping for a lot of international buyers thus the pricing.

Impressive mansion. I wish there was a pot filler in the kitchens above the cooker. Then I'd probably want the cinema seats to be 3d enabled to get the effects of movies being streamed (perhaps it has it though). There was no mention of mood lighting in the home. I'd expect such a house to have this feature at this price.
Nice property the marble inside the house is well chosen, but the outside parking and the entrance they should have choose a different material for the pavement not marble, and the entrance two stairs really no need for that specially if you receive someone older family or guest, they can easily stumble, otherwise nice volume. As a person who's never been rich or poor i dont know why mansions dont excite me. One thing that i dream of having if Allah wills is to own a big land with a farm and contemporary home with my family.
To all those who say its too expensive ,material for construction are always imported Tanzania doesn't produce some of it ,you have the land its 4500 square meters ,location also its in zanzibar we call it a tourist paradise ,the house is furnished most furnishings are imported .construction is not cheap in Tanzania .lastly many beach properties in Tanzania are expensive even when buying plain land if its near the beach it will never be cheap .
Coming from a guy who from Tanzania and lives in South Africa that price is ridiculous expensive..I will get four houses in SA for that price with same size,view and location
