What a lovely home. I will live in one and own one better than this very soon in Jesus name. honestly, this makes me want to work harder and hustle. I watched till the end. Steve you're doing a good job.
Mr. Ndukwu does a fabulous job, which is why I've subscribed to his esteemed YT channel. But please don't use Jesus' name in vain, as He would never, not ever, not know how, want someone to have such an ostentatious abode in His name...lol.
Excellent video, the Consultant is very knowledgeable.
How can one get a blueprint of this house, cus man this is my exact house to build
absolutely stunning home. Unfortunately, what turned me off was the mention, of a bullet proof door at the beginning of the tour of the home. YIKES!!!!!
My thoughts exactly...
If an estate is secure, what do you need a bulletproof door for?
@@davidagbona8869 Cos you never know 😂😂
Is the property sold? I think I may have a buyer for it how do I contact the sellers?
My favorite house you toured yet
Nice house, worth no more than N750 million - particularly as one of those views is going to be obstructed when the neighbouring properties are built. Are there any restrictions in place so that upcoming properties aren't built higher than this one?

The land in lkoyi is exorbitant! That is probably why it is that pricey. For such a price, l would need a separate laundry room and gigantic pantry and lose one of the bedrooms downstairs. Beautiful property, l have to check my lotto ticket😜
maybe N600 million
Thanks for your words of encouragement.
Why don’t Nigerian property developers make an emphasis on landscaping? Love the channel! 👍🏾👍🏾
I love this channel too😭😭❤️
Lagos is not the whole of Nigeria. Abuja developers and the rest of Nigeria does landscaping. Lagos is not the greenest Nigeria city
Yeah but an expensive house shouldn’t be surrounded by shrubs and bush. Maybe there are no landscaping companies in Lagos ...?
Where is the land? Land is the real deal in Lagos. Forget the building!
@@KingNomad A simple google search will reveal that there are quite a few landscaping companies in Lagos. Some homeowners and developers bother with landscaping and some simply don't...Sometimes its an afterthought
I Will own this someday 🙏🏾🦅
You can
@@StevenNdukwu Thanks 🙏🏾💯
Steve youre awesome, thanks for thegood work you do 👌 Please show more of the bathrooms you did them injustice🤣😂as your viewer I wanna see more of the bathroom and copy some ideas 😊
Steve, nice video but my brother, abeg next time say less when the agent is showing the house. Otherwise well done 👍
He spoke a lot to keep things interactive
If he doesn’t keep the viewer interested
And they click away
Bad for rankings and algorithms and all that
@@davidagbona8869 Point well taken, however, the issue is proper balance - knowing when to allow the agent to 'land' after a sequence after which David can inject his response (to keep us further informed). The goal is the pursuit of minimal interruption of the agent and smoother flow between both parties. Remain blessed.
I jst enjoy watching your videos every morning as my daily prayer to God. One day I will call u
This house ravished my words!
If someone wants to build exactly the same. How can he do?
excellenct quality it's really gives me more vibe on my obligations in life.
I pray who ever read this become successful this new month 🙏 🙌 👏 ✨
why are you telling us this?
Thank you & tenfold back to you
This is a beautiful house indeed!!! Great presentation!!!
nigerian real estate is really setting the pace for africa i wish my kenyan developers are looking at this kind of class in luxury homes. most houses in nairobi sold as luxury homes dont even come close to this and bear a price tag higher than this
I will be in Kenya this week… I will see for my Self
Same in Ghana...over priced homes
@@StevenNdukwu you have finally went to Kenyan and you are comparing Nigerian with Kenyan in terms of beautiful homes. I have traveled to Kenyan I stay in thika rivers road and fedhal Nairobi. I have drive to Nairobi town, Kenyan doesn’t have fashioned homes honestly like Nigeria just tall buildings. Love from Abuja
Kenya is still coming...still in incubation period when it comes to real estate developers.
Perhaps if you can help me get a better company to work with over there, the transformation can start from there.
Have worked with some real estate firms in Nigerian and I know what it takes.
Come to South Africa, we set the standard for luxury homes a long time ago and they cheaper too🤷🏽♀️
Polite correction, the text at 1:53 is wrong, plus 1.4billion Naira is £2.5million GBP and $3.5million US dollars. Also wrong in the quote you said. Important for those of us who are serious about real estate in West Africa. Thanks for the tour 😊
Thanks for the correction
Yo calm down. He was using the black market rate.
Ok.. Im seeing the increase quality of your video.
Thanks Peter...
apart from the swimming pool, the rest of the house is tempting... well furnished, luxurious and spacious.
Lovely house. However for a house this big, no utility room where the washing machine and dryer can be. But to have the washing machine in the kitchen? A no no!
I notice most of these toured houses don’t have a utility room.
I agree with you
