I work in luxury hotel in London just opposite Nigeria embassy as maintenance technician ( Corinthia Hotel London ), those smart curtains, showers, toilets ect... are nightmare when it's come to maintenance or service it cost a lot of money. Congratulations for your house it is beautiful but be prepared to get things fix very often.

In fact, the highest level of a smart home must be able to work silently, without needing to ask Google to turn the lights on and off, in fact it doesn't seem smart. You also have to memorize all the entities in your house to be able to call them. My suggestion is to integrate sensors such as sensors. presence detector, so lights and other equipment will turn on only when there are people, if there is no one it will turn off by itself, without needing to ask Google for that. My suggestion is also to use a home assistant, which can integrate multi brand devices. So add more human presence sensors. Your problem will be solved. I hope my advice can help you. So that your home can really be smart. Without needing to ask Google for help again

Your home is beautiful but I have issue with the wc location at 10:30 point of video; it's so awkward to use! It should be on thesame wall as the sink vanity but I know most nigerian homes has this Same issue due to ensuring that piping goes directly to outside wall incase of future maintenance.
