That first play ND turnover was literally the only thing that went right for the Irish that day

not a good year for them going 5 and 7. USC destroyed them by 45 to 14.

2003's home season was the last *truly* great Michigan home season, as a fan in the stands. Don't get me wrong; 2006 and 2011 were pretty fun, too, but this one? Walloping ND like this, and then capping off the home season by beating a *very good* OSU team (unlike 2011) to win the Big 10 title outright? Doesn't get any better than that. Of course, I'm rather tired of nostalgia at this point, and hope that Jimmy H can give us some more of this...

basketball3825 OSU is gonna continue to be a problem for the foreseeable future. They are a machine. I just hope we can steal a win in the next few years.

Thanks, WH! I never got to see the first half of this game because in Chicago, it was preempted until the NCState/OSU game finished. At least I didn't have to hear Musberger.

Those of us in the metro Detroit area got to switch over. And Brent gave updates on NCState/OSU every 10 seconds.

The biggest difference I see between now and then is the offensive line. Having a good O line gave them way more opportunities for runs and play action

i miss this offense. navarre was a lot better than people gave him credit for. and perry was a work horse. that wr core was unreal and the defense was superb. its nice to see that wer puttng together a program again. GO BLUE!

I know, not only was he mispronouncing his last name, but he was saying the name of a Penn State running back from back in the day. How that guy kept his job is beyond me...
