It was Friday night. The Twins needed the Metrodome for Saturday in the playoffs.

I'm used to seeing Michigan pummel Minnesota. Fascinating to see the ultra-rare close game between them.

In all seriousness, more people probably cared about this game than the Twins game the day after.

This comeback was so clutch, especially coming off the loss to Iowa. It saved the season.

Good God, Barber and Maroney. I don't feel as bad now as I did about this game being so close.

I remember the day well - I was so depressed at the end of the third quarter that I turned the TV off and went to sleep. Got shaken awake pretty roughly a little while later, and people were screaming that Michigan had won. Huge regret of mine that I never got to see the comeback live.

In other news, 4:55 was the most mobile I have ever seen John Navarre.

Minnesota should have won this game Michigan got lucky Gophers were actually a better team

Well...no...LOL. Michigan was the better team and won the Big Ten outright. Minnesota finished tied for 4th, so mathematically they were NOT the better team. And I don't know how you can say the game was won by luck. Michigan played stupid for an entire half, yes. But once Minnesota was up 21, they had no answer for Michigan's passing game, in particular the screen passes. That's not luck. That's bad defense. Good teams should be able to hold on to leads like that.
