Autzen Stadium, to me is one of the most underrated venues in college football. I have always been a fan of Oregon's high flying offense. I'm glad they are going to get a lot more exposure being in the Big 10 now. I really would like to see the Ducks win it all one day, they proved even when they were in the Pac-10/12, they can compete the Big Boys.
dad had season tickets from 86 - 98 for us all. i started college from 98 - 01, then 03 - 05. this is the loudest game i have ever been to. it became pure painful noise starting in the third quarter. never experienced anything like it since. greatest game i've ever been to and i'd love to experience it again.
I was there that day. I was on the railing in the corner of the end zone where Fife scored. That was my first college game ever. I’ve attended about 30 home games since and it’s never been quite as loud as it was that day. Nobody sat down the entire game.
Sounds like Keith Jackson in the broadcast booth, he was one of the best college football announcers, ever. 4:47, it is KJ.
Go Ducks! Thank you for all of these old uploads. Lotta games I didn’t even know happened from decades ago.

What a special teams disaster of a game from the Wolverines! Love to see it as a Buckeye!

What a difference a week makes. Go Cougs! (Rooted for you to beat Michigan)
Michigan hasn't beaten Oregon since 1973!
Oregon has also never won a National Championship, Michigan has. Go Blue!!!
@@pollito7275Irrelevant.
@@6lillium just like Oregon. Lol
Weird that this is footage from 2003. It looks more like 1973 footage it is so bad in quality. Was there a transfer issue?
Could be but also they likely still used tape at the time
