For anyone who hasn't added purple or red grapes to your chicken salad! (any kind of grapes!) I thought it was the nastiest idea ever.....And then I tried it!!!! I'll never go back. lol Then again....I also love my pecans in it, and that may not be for everyone. I love any chicken salad though....and you can't wrong! 😋😁😎

The sauce sounds great; will have to try it. Learned a while ago it's best to make the sauce separately so one can test the taste and adjust accordingly (I'm a guy so am dumb; took me awhile to figure that one out.) I like mine with some thinly-sliced celery and cranberries to add body and crunch.

I make about 5 versions of chicken salad. Often I add some cooked pasta to make it a complete meal. My mom's which has celery and sweet pickle, an apple, celery, walnut one with some bleu cheese, one with cucumber, tomatoes and black olives, one with grapes, slivered almonds and diced Swiss and my husband's favorite which has Mandarin oranges, feta and red onion.
