看着不错,但烤制的时间可能长了些。我们这里的肉比较嫩,按别人的方子烤二小时,结果一个小时就糊了,勉强烤两个小时都成肉干了。
烤的时间可以短点儿,温度可以低点儿。 还有大烤箱小烤箱不同,功率不同,同样的温度烤的时间可能会不同。 谢谢观看

排骨切开后加调料和一点水在高压锅煮20分钟。然后涂烤酱一面Broil五分钟。效果一样。而且如果是买已经切开的排骨,冷冻的排骨也可以直接煮。非常省时。

cha cha 其实这个是传统慢烤的方法,我也试过,盖着锡箔纸烤排骨是不会干的。就是太费时了。我没有耐性花两个多小时做,就用高压锅。

刚搜了一下,broil 档是摄氏 254度 ,但我家烤箱最高230。
broil 档只是上面的电炉丝热,其目的是把食物表面烤的焦一些。你的烤箱最高是 230°C,只好这样了。可能也行。谢谢观看

稍微"健康"點的都去掉肥肉。排骨就沒那麼香了。我們家肉一定要有肥的,蛋一次4顆都是正常,但我們的膽固醇都很低,快到老年期了健康狀況都好,大概是我們運動量大。我真覺得亞洲人就是不愛運動又很愛吃加工食品,導致身體不好,然後怪食物。。。。
