@@mopikozz I haven’t pulled the trigger yet. Correcting waiting until we move which is in February. Getting the new place all set up for 220 and plumbing
I ordered a Leva X. I wanted a lever machine. I use a Kees Speedster daily and love it. I know they have the spiritrello coming but I wanted to go with the La Marzocco for the lever machine. The Leva X hasn’t arrived yet, but I’m certainly looking forward to it. Thanks for the video!
I know LM up dated the LM and GS3 app but do they have any plans to upgrade the incredibly dated screen / button operation? Also you should do a review on a single group Strada. That’s what I’m wanting to get next once I’ve sold my GS3.
Amazing review thank you very much I have a question the la marzocco gs3 I have the same machine amazing machine I like to know how much the temperature on the boiler and how much the temperature on the steamer appreciate it if you answer
For shop, I prefer Leva X. Because it looks cool, it provides constancy and easy to use; for advanced home use, I would go for GS3, it is a lot smaller, lighter, and have unlimited freedom to around with pressure profile, however, it also means that every shot from GS3 is “unique”.
What makes a good coffee is the barista, the experience, BTW for lever no need to back flush, pre infusion can be done w/o any issue with GS3 MP, that's all the idea of MP vs the automatic GS3, you can use the Paddle for profiling your shots, I think the coffee will almost taste the same in both machines. Once a man said, give fhe best chef the worst ingredients and give the worst chef the best ingredients the best chef will make a better food. I don't agree 💯% but I think it's only a technology difference here, and you'll still be able to achieve similar taste with both machines. Thanks for the video
Is the idea of a spring lever machine to make your shots more consistent but still give the owner a hands-on experience? I couldn't afford the machine but it seems a strange choice for home.
Affordable gs3 ... For Agnelli maybe.....😂 As i see, spring levers have limitations that direct levers don't have For commercial environment i choose spring, but not for home Even if want a faemina for my second lever machine....
The review I’ve been waiting for. I am upgrading from GS3 MP to leva x which should be here soon.
So awesome!
I'm sure you will love it!!!
Did you get your machine ? Do you regret it ? I currently have a liena mini and am looking to upgrade to the Leva X
How'd u like the Leva X? thinking to upgrade from LineaMini as well

Not sure on the screen update, yet stay tuned for the Strada review :)
I KNOW. Every day I curse those buttons. It's like the whole "tech" side is a decade out of date.
Did u get the strada eventually?

When can we expect a refresh of the GS3 mp design. (display, buttons)??
There's something magical about a lever 😀

Best difference between them gs3 & leva:
Leva x for rich peoples
Gs3 for midrange peoples
Hahahah I hear you!
Will review the LM Micra soon as an 'entry' level option ;)
@@CoffeePartsTV xD alright cant wait to see your review about LM Micra
I thought both for rich people 😂😢

The Leva is a dream of a machine... But it's actually one of the most expensive out there 😭😂 who can afford it?
It's on the high side for sure.
Not many made, not many will own them.
But I'm with you, this and the Kees Speedster are dream machines!
la marzocco levax vs olympia cremina,Hello Pedro! Would you like to share the difference between them? very much looking forward to

To control any flow profile on the GS3MP properly you need to use two hands. A bit of a sad attempt to mirror the leva profile imo.
