- @adammakesbeer and I had such a fun time recording that your questions about commercial brewing had to be split into three parts! Check out the next two segments coming out this week (if I can manage to get my life together anyway!)
Thanks for taking the time to answer my question. Looking forward to see the rest of the video series. Blow away to hear someone local to me talk about beer on RUclips.
Sierra Nevada has an annual wet hop beer called ‘Celebration’ ...it’s a west coast IPA and released during the holiday season.
Great “podcast”!
Basically! It's going on the podcast feed when I'm done editing them all.
I am just getting to this vid. And I want to know how Adam’s glass is always full every time he takes a sip?
Haha! It must be some RUclips magic! I think I had another can with me at my seat so I did just refill on the fly 😂
@@adammakesbeer lol. I noticed in part 2 it was going down. Thanks for some great tips and content. I’m just discovering your channel and perfect timing as a prepare to open my own 15BBL brewhouse in the new year.
Really interesting, the problem that I see at my local breweries is that they always have the same thing on tap since 5 years or more ago... Unfortunately... Going "pro" is something that you might not be able to work around, because you have to continue selling and brewing the same stuff and there's probably not enough time to play with different recipes or try something new, because as you guys said, it gets to a point were you are working at a brewery already, so the last thing you want to do is homebrew or even at a pilot system cuz its gonna be like your are at work... Anyways learnt lots of new things, now gotta go check if part 2 is up already, cheers from my homebrew "Señor Castor"
"I can edit this." But, why?
I had to reread one of the questions in Part 2 about five times before I got it out lol
