- A breakdown of several dozen cameos and crossovers and how they could imply that all of Nintendo's millions of games could exist in the same universe. If there's major details I missed please yell at me in the comments!

I forgot if any of this was mentioned but Splatoon also links with Pokemon through the Red vs Blue/Green splatfest in Splatoon 1 and the Grass vs Fire vs Water splatfest in Splatoon 3. There are also splatfests based on Mario (2's Mushroom vs Star) and Zelda (3's Power vs Wisdom vs Courage)
The NES Zapper and Super Scope are also fashioned into weapons you can battle with (N-ZAP and S-BLAST respectively)
It also connects through splatfests to... Spongebob, Transformers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Sanrio characters like Hello Kitty
There is a collab with Sonic and Angry Birds
Sega owns Angry Birds
Bowser and Donkey Kong also appeared in Skylanders Superchargers which Skylanders ties in to both Spyro The Dragon and Crash Bandicoot
The River City universe is quite easy to connect.
-In one of the games, Abobo from Double Dragon appears as a boss.
-Double Dragon had a crossover with Battletoads back in the SNES days.
-The Battletoads were a boss in Shovel Knight exclusive to the Xbox version.
If you go outside of just all the series represented in Super Smash Bros you can connect series like Conker through Diddy Kong Racing and the entire Marvel series and many other Capcom series with Marvel VS. Capcom
For Pokémon, this may be a weird one but there was a merchandise line where Pikachu was dressed up as Mario and Luigi, there were plushies and actual Pokémon Cards. Not sure if this counts but it’s something to put out there.
Yes! I've been very excited for this video, so glad to see it come out! In case your curious, I do known a few ways to connect some of the other unconnected franchise, though some are a bit complicated.
Cuphead has costumes in Fall Guys, which also features costumes from Sonic & Doom
Fallout has collab items with Team Fortress 2, some of the characters form which were in Sonic All Stars Racing

@@jacobs.9661 And then there are the numerous Guest Fighters in the Soul Calibur series, including Link. Though, each of their bios does state that they come from alternate dimensions... with one exception.
In the PS2 version of Soul Calibur 2, Heihachi Mishima appears. And according to his bio, he was actually cast back in time thanks to a shard of Soul Edge. If that wasn't enough, there's a long standing theory that the Soul Calibur and Tekken universes are actually the same world. And this is thanks to the presence of a single warrior in both franchises: Yoshimitsu.

not to mention nintendo consoles cameo a lot in nintendo games
off the top of my head, dk owned a ds in his idle animation in dkc returns, and now has a 3ds according to his tropical freeze idle animation
e gadd turned a gameboy into the gameboy horror in luigi's mansion, a ds into the dual scream in luigi's mansion 2, and a ds into the ds time radar in partners in time

Well that's a relief. I was worried I kinda botched it up.
And Street Fighter, Metal Gear, Doom and Pac Man connect to Fortnite, which pretty much connects to every pop culture media ever. Yes Doom is in Smash. There's a Doom Guy costume for the Mi Gunner.

Tamagotchi is in MK Arcade, but I guess they aren't represented in Smash?
My only nitpicks are of me being a fire emblem and xenoblade fan
Fire Emblem canonically has a multiverse as explictly shown starting in Fire Emblem 7 The Blazing Blade, known elsewhere as just Fire Emblem since first one localized. While some are confirmed to take place in the same worlds (1-5, their remakes and Awakening being the most famous example) it is overall a multiverse. Meaning the falchion probably just got isekaied instead of Kirby being in the future of Archenea/Ylisse. Which would explain why Awakening’s Falchion looks so different, the gods made a new one after they lost the first to the Kirby universe.
Xenoblade… ok so basically the third game has the worlds of 1-2 merge since they were originally one world, implied to be our Earth, but then they split apart because JRPG science and stuff so uh… technically correct but not really?
AND THANKS TO XENOBLADE WE GET MORE THIRD PARTY CONNECTIONS BECAUSE SUPRISE MONOLITH SOFT HAS A MULTIVERSE WITH ALL THEIR OTHER GAMES: Xenosaga being the most canon example because they actually still have the rights to it with two of its major characters beinf summonable blades somehow in 2, and the ending of 3’s DLC explictly mirrors the ending of the last Xenosaga game. And then those are heavily implied to be in the same universe as Xenogears which they do not have rights to but was made by the same team.
Also if you want to get technical it’s implied that Bayonetta and Devil May Cry may exist in the same universe as well. Sharing similar themes, a shared character (Anthony Redgrave) and created by the same dude. If we want to accept this then Veutiful Joe is also connected as Dante was there…. And also SMT Nocturne as famously being the game with Dante from Devil May Cry. And thanks to Nocturne you just connect back to most of Atlus’s games in general. Do you need to for the video? No. Do I make sure people know this anyway? Yes.
