I love that the pineapple rinds are being used that just shows you that Aunty DeDe is thinking right and not wasting what nature gives us. Anything fermented is great for your gut and is very healthy for your system.
Have come across so many Asana recipes but this one is truly unique.👌from the way it's prepared with the pineapple it's gives it a whole unique taste. God bless you madam🙏😊
Her asaana looks so beautifully rich and creamy! All recipes I have found are thin and watery. Do I just double my corn? Boil longer? I want mine to be like hers!
This drink is delicious. The way i always find the local seller whenever i visit Ghana is serious 😁 it’s sweeter when frozen. I love it 😋 Ps. Twins will be your portion wai 🤗 🙏
Tatiana all your videos are amazing power you always bring interesting topic and beautiful people to your channel. Thank you for sharing Ghana with us.
Great content as per usual. In Jamaica we call that object a gourd, a packy or a calabash. That calabash is massive, ours are very tiny when compared with that one. 🇯🇲
I love this! Is it the same sprouted corn that she mixed with water before adding to the boiling one on the stove? Because it seems something else was added to her that thickness.
Beautiful Tatiana, your videos are always very fascinating. I congratulate you and I congratulate all those working women who share their knowledge. I send you a hug from Mexico 🇲🇽
Taty! What great content!. I was so engaged and into everything in this video clip. May the God Lord bless Aunty Dede and her family and continue to guide them. I so much love how you portray these hard working women in their small business enterprises. This is what Ghana is about. They are the foundations of families and communities throughout our country. And you do all this in a very respectful and entertaining manner. I always say you are a genius, smart, and very resourceful. If I were some of the TV channels, I would hire you and give you your own show. You connect to those you portray on camera so well, that it is easy for us to be pulled into the story as it unfolds on camera. And Ala's camera angles are always great and on point. Keep doing what you do, and we are forever here for you. Guys, let us contribute to Aunty Dede.
Wonderful. In Togo, you know its done when there is no more foam on top. As for the color togolese are used to, ours is dark brown, almost black. We call it "Liha". The dark color comes from the last step of the way we prepare it: we put sugar in small amount of water to have caramel. CAUTION: the caramel shouldnt burn bcoz of bitterness. Before the caramel goes thick, we pour the hot corn drink on it, stirring it continuously until the caramel dissolves. Then u sugar to taste. Some women cut thin round slices of lemon before serving it very chilled with ice cubes. 🇹🇬🇹🇬
@@TatianaHaina and you would be most welcome! Holla whenever you re in! You knw we have a lot of delicacies in common bcoz you will find a lot of fante, ga, ewe in Togo since we were one big country, Togoland, before the 1st World War. You let me knw what i can do to help prepare your coming to Togo
Great video, I’m trying this recipe today for the first time, I hope it comes out nice. Pls can I make a video of how she makes the fan milk with the corn? I’m curious to try it out at home
This woman is industrious and think very far. I wish if this lady can be given a little help to expand her ingenuity into One District One factory Project . she is thinking out side the box and adding addictive that are also healthy...pineapple. She has a good heart and can manage this facility into a factory and employ people to distribute the product in different locations and also increase her revenue. She rightly said at the tail end that if she has resources, she could have bottle the product for them to take home. Ghanaian authorities should be taken of the contributions of these small scale entrepreneurs and assist them to increase their production facilities and also enable them to pay taxes to the government. Helping these type of enterprises is a win -win case for all parties. Tatiana, thank you for showcasing the future of Ghana enterprises.
