I can’t believe how much stronger I’m getting after doing ACHV Peak workouts for the last 2ish months!! I had resistance bands lying around and had no idea how to best utilize them and now they are the core part of my work outs!! I can finally do a tricep push-up with perfect technique with no help at all from my knees and I know I’m SO CLOSE to being able to do them from my toes! huge milestone for me. Thank you guys for making these workout videos!!

Okay wait I just tried to do a tricep push-up from my toes and I did it 😮 omg. I’m stronger than I think!!!
