Ford Electronic Parking Brake Service Mode - How-To

How To put a Ford with electronic parking brakes into "Maintenance Mode" in order to perform a rear brake service.

So before I take tire off I get in the car then I put the car in brake service mode then I get out the car take the tire off then service the rear brakes then once I’m done with the brake job I put the tires and everything back on then get in car then take off service mode??
