I've listened to all of your Sonic CD Super NES covers, and they are so accurate. I'm curious, though, how much work did it take to rework the original PCM samples from the SEGA CD to make them into the ADPCM samples for the Super NES? How hard was it? This stuff also makes me wonder if a theoretical port of Sonic CD to the unreleased Super NES CD would've been possible...
It's way more easier than you think! There is a sample pack that you can download and there is a program that converts IT files to spc-s! I'll mayde make a tutorial vid in the future.
If Sonic weren't obviously, obviously a Sega property, I'm visualizing one of those PCE-CD to SNES ports like Valis IV or Dracula X where a ton of features would be missing on the SNES but the all-chiptune version of the soundtrack freaking rips
Thank you for being one of the few people to actually make a snes cover that takes advantage of the fact it’s a sample based system
thank you for watching my videos
ywnbaw
WOAH, THE BLAST PROCESSING JUST WENT THROUGH THE ROOF!!!
thank you for actually taking advantage of the samples and not just using the Mario World sound font
Yeah
I don't like when people do that
This is unreal. I wish more SNES music was packed with as much punch as and skill at delivery you continue to provide, even if they're covers.
SPC700 beyond its limits
This sort of reminds me of a vise-versa case where SNES music got churned by a Sega CD, Puggsy!
What if Nintendo never backstabbed Sony?
The Nintendo Play Station might've been able to play Sonic CD.
it definitely could have
Could you attempt Stardust Speedway Past on the SNES? It's my favorite past song in Sonic CD.

Neat! I'll check that out.
Keep up the jams!
