This version has more going on because it uses all 8 chamnels. The original (along with all original Past themes) uses 7 out of 8 available channels, because the composers reserved one channel for PCM sound effects.
i hate to say it, but i actually like this version more than the original. Probably due to the fact that the SNES has a built-in Gaussian filter and blueelectric05's sample wizardry. (i do wonder if this could legit play in an actual snes game,nbecause of the amount of ARAM used)
