We left the 2 gallon Rain Basin out for one day during a heavy storm and captured over 1 gallon of water. We kept the Basin in one spot and did not move it. We will be adding this to our roof rack for future wet weather adventures!

What a great idea; definitely need to check these out!
Looks cool if you live in a place with clean rain. Out here in the desert, it often rains mud or at least there is often a dust storm associated with rain so lots of dirt in the air gets deposited when it rains. Maybe they need to develop a fine particulate filter. It would be nice to capture some rain when it does rain.
