That means you have a software issues, I don't think you have try to uninstall some of other 3rd party apps, reset, restart your iPhone, turn airplane mode on and off, voice on and off, and etc. that I have other tutorial videos on that.

Oh and one more thing when you are replacing screen of the phone you have to be careful because sometimes the only problem camera that doesnt work is because of the cable.

Try to hard reset your iPhone 8 Plus to see if it will work, there are many steps or methods to solve your issues. I have many videos on my channel.

Its working now. I replace a new cam and it both works.
Oh and one more thing when you are replacing screen of the phone you have to be careful because sometimes the only problem camera that doesnt work is because of the cable.

That means you have a software issues, unless you dropped your iPhone 11 on the back then with impact.
