Same... recently been following the two-headed turtle and saw this video. Love it! That skink at the end is absolutely gorgeous. Love the chameleon hanging out on the hat, too. ❤❤❤
I remember hearing from another youtuber I can't recall the name of that there's a proper way to hold Snappers that ISNT the normal 'hold them by the edge of their shell'. If I recall, they gave them support underneath, under the belly/plastron, and that it helped make the snapper so docile they could let him wander around on the floor and not worry. There was video on it and everything, with them saying they think everything we know about their captive behavior is wrong, and that they've been wrongfully described as monsters because of it. It was fascinating to see them able to just hold a snapper and he just. Sat there. Calm. No hissing, no biting, no nothing. The snapper passed away, and they got another, tried the same trick, and got the same result. Hopefully yours become just as tame, at least to make maintenance easier~
I have always wanted a chameleon and my husband and I started researching and were going to purchase one, but as I did more research I discovered they really don’t like to be held and I wanted something that would be tame and want to be held. We also have a dog and cats so for now we opted not to have a reptile. My mom had an iguana when we were kids and due to other children that were friends we lost more than a few hamsters, likely due to salmonella or some cross contamination from them not washing their hands between the two animals. I know as an adult that would be different but committing to reptile ownership at this time is probably not right for us. I love watching your videos though.
I know they chameleons are the cheapest but I don't want to look for something what color that's not that expensive kind of like a round of vail chameleons
Does anyone have any siggestions for a reptile that could live on my desk or just pretty small enclosure needs as a whole. Would love to get something small and maybe get into the reptile game abit more
Not reptiles but i have a woodbug/isopod enclosure on my desk and I love watching them toil around. I found a giant mushroom and popped it in there yesterday and they love it. I keep them in a 5g plastic tank I found at a thrift store (but when I upgrade my 10g fish tank to a 20g I want to move my bugs into a 10g and start a mushroom farm in it)
@@mapledrivesthings i appreciate the insight. That does interesr me if I can keep them in a pretty small tank. Ill have to do some research, I hadn't thought of insects or other things similar. Thanks!
I had a chameleon and I was very in love with her and she died in the beginning of this year I've been looking for Comedians and they're so expensive I was wondering if you have some nice ones that you might want to sell
Very interesting, but please stop saying sic / sik / sick - sick is not professional if you are selling healthy animals, unless it is unhealthy - peace n luv to u
People learn better if the atmosphere feels conversational and low-anxiety, rather than being formally and stiffly lectured at. Using colloquialisms like "sick" to mean "a thing that I am aesthetically drawn to and get dopamine from experiencing" is a professionally appropriate choice, given that he is seeking to both inform and entertain his audience in an engaging way.

Anoles, mourning geckos, crocodile geckos, they require taller tanks taking up less floor space.
@@aquaterraexoticpets they all look so cool. Appreciate the suggestion!

Coming soon. Working on a hug project that’s literally taking up all my free time. But soon I promise!!!
Why the hell were they in plastic boxs and tight bags full of paper ?
The reason they do this is so the animals don’t get tossed around during shipping and or transportation. It’s super safe for them that way!
its so weird the way you take them so rapidly, are you sure that dont ''hurt'' them ?
just a question
I believe it’s fine as he’s giving them support.
this man has kept a 2 headed turtle alive i truly doubt his experience, knowledge, and training with reptiles😭
I wouldn't say hurt more like startle
@@christophersmith2642 yeah i meant that but, my english is so bad i cannot explain myself
