I kid you not, it comes out tasting outrageously good. Spicy, meaty and super savory. Liver is NOT the kind of food you just "salt and pepper to taste fry in butter and drizzle with olive oil" There's a certified way to eat it.

I like spam with honey-mustard on it and it's really easy to prepare. You literally just take some honey and some mustard, mix them together roughly equally, make small slices in the top of the spam so the honey mustard stays on better, pour it on, microwave it until hot, cut into slices, and eat.

It's just a sugary sweet as cotton candy or snow cones, texture depends on brand and, frankly, some of these people sound like they tried expired candy corn and no duh they hated it. Candy corn is actually pretty good- Like you just have to find the right one and make sure you dint eat too much of it (When I eat too much candy corn it starts to taste weird)
Liver is really yummy, especially when cooked correctly. Liver tends to be bitter if not cooked correctly so for those who don't know how too cook liver straight from the packaging, i suggest you soak it overnight in some milk to seep most of that bitter out and then add it to a hot pan with onions and garlic to help break down the liver further and then you want to make sure your liver is a 100% cooked through and how to check is by simply pushing your wooden spoon on a piece and it should break in half without a problem. I'd also sugest adding small amounts of water or stock to the liver to keep it from drying out because liver does dry quickly when being cooked. The rest is all up to you and how you want to use it afterwards, i enjoy having my livers cooked in a type of chilli curry sauce but you can make it anyway you like.😊
Also make sure to go through it and trim it first, if you buy it from a butcher at least, often times it still has a lot of connective tissue on there that can be quite chewy and it doesnt break down when cooked. Or you can ask the butcher to clean it up for you but they may nto do it every time
There are two proper ways to cook liver: - Mild: soaked it in buttermilk or yogurts, marinate with garlic or spices and cook it slow till soft. -Full metal: only marinate with garlic and spices, fry it hard and have it with bread or rice. If you undercooked it, you risk having the grime and the natural nasty taste in your liver.
im egyptian and we eat liver quite often. despite growing up in a household where my mom always wanted me to eat it, i never really enjoyed it. i think its more of a texture thing since i have an ick for textures but it just doesnt taste good. however liver is actually quite healthy! its very good if youre anemic or just need iron in general, and sometimes it can be enjoyed! just depends on what kind of textures you like :)

Also make sure to go through it and trim it first, if you buy it from a butcher at least, often times it still has a lot of connective tissue on there that can be quite chewy and it doesnt break down when cooked. Or you can ask the butcher to clean it up for you but they may nto do it every time
There are two proper ways to cook liver:
- Mild: soaked it in buttermilk or yogurts, marinate with garlic or spices and cook it slow till soft.
-Full metal: only marinate with garlic and spices, fry it hard and have it with bread or rice.
If you undercooked it, you risk having the grime and the natural nasty taste in your liver.

im egyptian and we eat liver quite often. despite growing up in a household where my mom always wanted me to eat it, i never really enjoyed it. i think its more of a texture thing since i have an ick for textures but it just doesnt taste good. however liver is actually quite healthy! its very good if youre anemic or just need iron in general, and sometimes it can be enjoyed! just depends on what kind of textures you like :)
