Rihanna & Tai Lopez: The Secret To Stardom - Why You Must Remain Humble

  • Rihanna is one of the most charismatic humans I've ever met.
You will see that there's a reason she's one of the most famous people in the world.
Here is what I love: usually when I meet people (who have only done half as much as her) they are cocky and talk non-stop.
But notice that when I asked her about books she almost immediately turned the question back around and asked me to recommend a book for her.
She wanted to learn - not just talk.
Always be curious. Always be humble.
There is an ancient proverb: "Make war with a multitude of counselors." Design your life by asking smart people smart questions.
    Talk less, ask more.

Ri Ri is fire!!! She's very humble and could be cocky af, but she's not. You have to know who to follow and who to listen to. Most people get in their own way.

Listen with curiosity. Speak with honesty. Act with integrity. The greatest problem with communication is we don’t listen to understand. We listen to reply. When we listen with curiosity, we don’t listen with the intent to reply. We listen for what’s behind the words. 🙌😊

oh my, I read "A child called IT" , I can't believe that Rihanna has read that book! He also did 2 books to follow that book up.

One thing that i took from this video is to be minding of how much you speak compared to how much you listen when in a room with someone of a higher status, a potential mentor etc. Its better to be humble and listen then to be arrogant and ACTED like you know it all. Major Keys
    Thanks Tai !

    Yeah it's great! It's a MUST WATCH😍😍

You said that for mentors it can be annoying when students say they want to learn but do not really behave that way. I observed this within me, so thank you, but when I went within, I learned that my wisdom was never honoured as a child, as well as I was shamed for not knowing things, or for my weaknesses and have thus adopted a self-protection strategy of pretending to 'know-it-all'. Whilst this may thus be annoying for a mentor (as I can totally understand), it is a pain based response possibly on behalf of the student. Wanting to learn, but also felling like showing that one not knows something is a weakness that receives shaming. Even in this situation I am already learning about a new pattern as to why I am writing you this message ( who is the smartest...hilarious, really). It is never ending. LOL. Maybe the student and teacher are the same.
