Once again, such a great video! At the very beginning, when you talk about picking the "right size" label for your candle jars... so true! There are so many different sizes and shapes that can work for candle labels. Candle making in itself is such a creative endeavor, so to hear a creator encourage her peers to think outside the box and be creative with labeling is so exciting for us to hear. You're doing great work!
You are such a help and love how wholesome your channel is! I have little kids and it is nice to be able to learn without feeling paranoid about inappropriate things.
Hello, I'm so thankful because of you. My first time making candle was for make money for my wedding, but I didn't know making candles it was a wonderful and therapy process for me. Then, I found you. You are my right hand in all this process. God have a beautiful purpose for you, helping people in amazing ways. Again thank you for helping me have success.
Yessss Erica!! This is the biggest Mystery!! I hate when a company has the cutest jars ever but no label size recommendations! It drives me CRAZY!! My biggest pet peeve ever!! I also really enjoyed you on Candlescience, it was so refreshing and humbling when you said, you will never know it all there's always something to learn no matter how long you've been doing something. 🥰🥰
@@MemoryBoxCandleCo Thank you lady, I'm just gathering my thoughts and preparing to get started. I love your frosted 10 oz jars with the slim lid. You mentioned they cost you around $3/per jar. So where do you get them for that price?
I’m still a small Etsy shop that makes candles and other goodies. I have learned so much from your videos. You introduced me to the flaming candle where I get all my wax and wicks from as well as Aztec candle who is also amazing! You taught me about flash points and labels as well as the presto pot. You are such a blessing thank you so much!
I second that. I was gonna use an old Presto pot but it was all covered in grease so I wound up buying one of the last ones at the old price. Amazon ran out and had just increased their price...most likely because of this channel. 😊 You've amazing content! Keep it up!
I've found having a dress makers measuring tape useful for lors gf things beyond labels. They are useful for measuringcandle jars, boxes, soap bars, molds and a bunch of other uses. Those things are hard to do with a wooden ruler, lol! This was a good video. I know some people use Avery labels and they're fine. They have less options and are more expensive. So I've always used Online labels and always liked the company. They ship quick too, I get mine 2 days after I put my order in. Can't get much better than that!
I hit the bell everytime to ensure I get all notifications lol Great information and presentation. Thanks for displaying your hard work for all to learn.
Erica I cannot tell you how strange it is that everytime I’m researching about a certain step in selling candles I see a notification of a video of yours around the corner and it’s just so weird. But thank you though
Erica your sooooooooo good! i watch other people vids as well but non of them revile where they get the product from but u link everything. TYSM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My laser printer is amazing too! And now my labels do not smudge off if my hands are wet or have oil on them. With the inkjet labels, you could wipe off the ink so easily, so I bought a laser printer, sooo much better x
Hi Erica, This vlog is incredibly helpful and it gives us an idea of what to do and how to go about it when needing to use the correct label sizes and also how to sauce the correct type that we should be using. Is it also possible for you to show us how you actually use Quick Books for your business with regards to Inventory and Pricing, this topic would be incredibly helpful and advantageous to many small businesses, Please
Thank you. Am I correct in thinking that if I get a laser printer I don't need to get blank label sheets to go with it? I am using CANVA to creat my labels.
Hey Fariza! We know you left this comment a few months ago, but maybe we can still help. Depending on your jar, you could do 1x8 or .75x8 for the side and 2x2 for the lid. We hope that helps!
What type of printer are you using for your labels? Inkjet or laser? and do you recommend a certain brand for color printing? Thanks you've been so helpful. Ha I need to watch your videos the whole way through before I comment you keep answering my questions in the video!
Hi Erica, I use the labels from OnlineLabels as well but recently I've been having issues with them printing outside the label area even when I adjust in their design software. Have you had any issues with that?
Her Erica...I know that it’s not related to the video or even inclusive, but Etsy is offering 32% off for 12 months for a tax bundle thru Quickbooks. That might be something to mention in your video
I’’m with you here, It took me 3 months to decide on a name, I would say think about the message you want to convey to your customers via your name and what’s important to you as well.
Your always such a Blessing to us that starting out in the Candle Business, great Information....Thank You!!!!
Thank you so much! ☺️

How do u find inspiration in finding ur name I’m having a difficult time trying to come up with a name that my own
I’’m with you here, It took me 3 months to decide on a name, I would say think about the message you want to convey to your customers via your name and what’s important to you as well.
Can u just print these at home?
Yes that’s what I do!
@@MemoryBoxCandleCo and if u don’t have a printer u can order them online?

Yes I believe they can!
When I try to hit the bell a message pops up that says it’s not an option because your content is suitable for kids 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
Hmmm that’s really weird because I don’t have that opinion marked on my video 🤔🤷🏼♀️ maybe it’s a glitch haha
t-INs! My dear... TINS. Enunciate the "i" not "tens". I tried not to let that bother me... love u tho!
Lol I think I do the same with the word pens and pins, it’s so hard for me to enunciate the difference 🥲
