Does your struggle with anxiety make you feel disconnected from your true self?
Anxiety can lead to the rejection of your authentic self, causing you to rely on artificial, two-dimensional expressions through image-management and persona control.
This creates a crippling existential crisis, where you see your true self as the enemy.
Your body falls into the shadow, controlled by a fear/freeze response to life.
This "holding in" of energy never finds release, leading to excessive energy transfer to your mind.
As a result, you experience further mental rumination, detachment and disassociation from your body.
To cope, you might rationalize and develop a false sense of pride and virtue through this detachment.
You appear "self-controlled”, “gentle”, and "calm”, but in reality, you're incapable of expressing any genuine emotion through the body, whether it be anger or joy.
This constant image-management is a shield and mask, preventing you from being your authentic self.
    You may find yourself:
    - Being excessively nice to avoid conflict and be seen as likable
    - People-pleasing to seek approval
    - Over-apologizing to avoid criticism and maintain peace
    - Socially avoiding interactions to manage stressors
    - Conforming to blend in and avoid judgment
    - Feigning interest in others to ensure positive interactions
The worst thing with all of this is that deep down you end up feeling completely removed from who you truly want to be.
Your anxiety has grown greater then your own ambition and you feel completely stuck.
Like a black hole it gets larger and stronger the more you run to your sense of anxious safety in the face of uncertainty.
If you're reading this and this resonates with you, there's no better time to act than now.
It's time to overcome anxiety and embrace your authentic self.
My program is designed to help you live confidently without the need for masks or shields.

"The body is the shadow" - Wow. Insightful. That helped connect some things.
btw, I think you meant Ectomorph. Ectomorph is the skinny body type. Mesomorph is a more medium build that can gain muscle easily. and Endomorph is the body type that is quick to gain weight.
There is also a lot of insecurity and shame that people who feel overweight go through. The character profile is probably similar to the Ectomorph in many ways. Insecurity, Shame, Anger.
I really like your advice about learning to express the repressed energy outward and connecting with the body. Thanks. Appreciate your channel!

Yes ectomorph. Thanks for the correction. You can confuse “ecto” and “endo” very easily haha

This seems to imply, from a point of idealized metaphysics, that the highest type of man, or at least the man most able to reach toward the highest type, would be situated in the most balanced and well proportioned body.
Maybe in a literal sense the arterial, nervous, and muscular structures derived thereof would create the healthiest mentality or at least the grounds for it.

I'm super skinny, tall and introverted, but also work out now. Everyone always told me that my low voice doesn't match with my body type.
I personally used to feel insecure and anxious about being the way I am, but now I use my traits to my advantage, and work on improving my personality, instead of changing it. I'm in my head most of the time, but people love it when you think about them, ask them questions, so they can talk and spill their thoughts and emotions to you. If you are in your head a lot, you can use this time to imagine the perspective of the other person. A lot of women love it when I let them talk about themselves, I don't have to open up a lot, so I like it.

At the end of the day if you are living up to being the ideal version of yourself that you want to be then that is all that matters 🙏 I respect that
