Hi pretty mam i keep watching your videos always.... Viomi se price soar high as much as 22k now..... Even on Amazon prime day no offers was there, and its out of stock right now.... Just imagine from 17k went high till 22k i think that is too much, therefore during prime day sell bought Ecovacs N8 2 in 1 with a price of 24600 ₹.. I cant put a smile on my face as for now as i already got scamed once by Amazon while trying to buy a viomi Se... I hope this ecovacs will make me smile again, fingers cross as for now....

Which robot vacuum cleaner is the best in India in the premium segment? Most of the top end vacuum cleaners like Roborock S8 ultra aren't even available in the Indian market. Others like the Roomba j7+ are severely lacking in terms of features for the price. Is there any robot vacuum which is worth spending the money for a completely hands free experience? I'm talking about features like auto cleaning dock with dust removal and also separate tanks for clean and dirty water, washing and drying of the mops, capability to lift the mops in carpeted areas, advanced object avoidance and camera monitoring for homes.

I bought 2i a few months ago. Pretty happy with it. Paid just about 15k for it and it does the job well. I don’t miss the map functionality. The only place I like to clean separately at times is the kitchen and if needed, I can just pace it in the kitchen if needed. The robot doesn’t replace the maid for me, just provides a good enough back up and enables me to clean twice a day rather than once a day as was with the maid.

@@TheGrapevineIndia I would like to add, when I purchased the 2i, the other version was also available, but Amazon had a message saying a a new version of the product is available. So I clicked on that, and since it was cheaper too, I got that. I might have taken the original which was coming at around 18k, had I known that the newer version is inferior.

My Mop P battery is dead within a year and less than 100 days of usage.

I purchased Mop 2i last week which is actually good when I consider the extra 12k for Mop 2 Pro just for LIDAR and Map Management.
It's a bit of manual work to place in a specific room but I don't mind instead of paying 30k versus 18k 😊

Hello my pretty mam, afer subscribing and watching most of your vidoes, i have ordered a Viomi se robot vaccum cleaner but i was scamed, the price was 17114 rupess so with a good discount i ordered it but got scamed from Amazon, i have check the sellers name and the name was black pearl... I ask Amazon for a replacement but amazon wont give me a replacement and the price is 22990 of the product now.... I am so disappointed

This mop is not worth buying. Their customer service is actually customer exploitation. Bought a MOP from XIAOMI site with extended warranty. Equipment stopped working within 2 years. Taken by service center for repairs 13 months back as it was under their extended warranty. Initially Service Center disnt have the battery for 5-6 months and now they are asking money for repairs. Seems like extortion. Disnt reply at National Consumer helpline. All they want is Money without any Services.
