Mine worked fine.i even had the app.but one day it got wet and it still works normally after it dried.but since then it always appears offline on the app .i tried everything, like restarting the wifi , phone, vacuum,even deleted the app and reinstalled it ,to make a new account.when i tried to connect it to the app,it did not ask me to pick a certain wifi ,only asked me to press dock and power button for seven seconds.after that it didnt connect with scamming,neither it appeared as a wifi to connect. what do i do? Can i somehow mop without using the app ?

Got this one and so far its great. However it jerks sometimes and the cleaning pattern is going weird

The E10 cannot save a map
it remaps a location every time it cleans.
What is the use of it cannot remember the area? It doesn't vacuum well at all. Keeps cleaning same area. A BIG no. Don't buy@@TechSceneZA
