Been using this for a month, a very good product does what it promises. After checking the power consumption with a power moniter, it approximately uses 0.5units to clean my floor.
    Best features:
    - Self cleaning the mop and drying it with hot air as well to avoid stinking
    - quick mapping and very precise mapping (base level vacuums take a week or so to map and they are not very precise)
    Cons:
    - Uses a lot of water even with the lowest water setting, so I have to refill everyday (my floor area is 103 sqmtr or 1100sft)
    - The charging is quite low compared to N10. It goes from 100 to 20% after cleaning my 103sqmtr floor (vacuum+mop) in standard settings.
If anyone has any doubts, you can comment

    1. Is 5A plug point required or 16A?
    2. Is there a provision to connect the dock with external inlet for fresh water and drain pipe for used water, so that filling the clean water tank and emptying the used water can be avoided?
    3. how much does the dust holder bag cost when need to be replaced? Should it be replaced after approx 60days or only when it gets damaged?

Hello Saumya, a very good review, and thank you for that. How is the exp. with hair? and any site where I can get the dimensions of the charging dock. I'm planning to purchase this for my new home and would like to set a place for this exclusively hence the ask. Ask what is the height of the robot? so that the height of the sofa can be estimated and understand if it can go below it and clean it.

I purchased an Ecovacs robotic vacuum cleaner from an offline store in Hyderabad, despite being priced around ₹7,000 higher than on Amazon. Due to my urgent requirement, I opted for the offline purchase, expecting prompt delivery and installation within 2 days as promised.
However, upon discovering the product was defective, I was shocked to learn that Ecovacs' policy requires me to contact their service center for replacement, unlike mobile phone retailers who typically replace defective products immediately.
The company's response, 'after-sale we don't support,' is unacceptable. I request immediate assistance in resolving this issue and replacing the defective product."

Looks like a promising product. I particularly liked the way it was able to detect and avoid charging cables. This feature can be very useful for households with school kids who keep dropping pencils, pen caps and other stationery items without bothering to pick them up. Assuming that this feature really works as promised, it can actually prevent damage to the robot as well as the useful stationery items 😊

Hi, as I've been frequently using a robot for mopping and cleaning over the past couple of years. It's a great value add. I'm currently in the market to buy a new one and i am considering getting one with auto clean station. But is it truly worth it? I've noticed that the robot i currently have needs a lot of effort to clean it after every run. By that i mean not just cleaning the dust bin inside. There could be hair tangled in the wheels, etc etc. So if i do invest on the fully auto clean bin, would i still be required to clean the robot every few days?

    • @TheGrapevineIndia

    Hi,
We have a salon, I'm planning to purchase this. But a big doubt that I have is will it clean hair properly without tangle ? Because we have to use multiple times in a day for cleaning the hair in the salon

It won't tangle much. Even if it does, it is easy to remove the hair from the brushes.

Saumya, how often does it come back to the docking station for cleaning the brushes. I can wonder that it depends on the dirt, lets assume a moderate dirt, how much sq ft approximately is cleaned for a 4 ltr capacity?. Your video depicts its functions clearly, but just thought of asking this extra info :P.

      @TheGrapevineIndia  8 месяцев назад +2

Hi Vigneshwaran, it comes back to clean the mopping pads frequently since it does not have an inbuilt water tank. About once in the middle for every room of about 11-13sq.ft.

Thank You for all your videos Saumya. I’ve seen most of your reviews & comparisons on Vacuums, both stick & robot. I’ve been inclined towards the Dyson sticks for the last few months, but on one of your videos, you had mentioned something like ‘the more automation possible, the more we want’, this made sense; robot vac & mops are the way forward. Went with the T20 Omni & been using it for a week.
Every morning when I take out my dog for a walk ‘Ok Yiko, start cleaning’ & I return to back to a clean spotless house. Vacuuming, Mopping & Self cleaning are all pretty good. Water tanks may require emptying & refilling twice a week. Voice commands are great. If anyone has questions, pls let me know.
Ecovacs support called 2 days after delivery for installation, but had set it up already. Extended warranty for 2nd year was offered at 9.5K, but I haven’t decided on it yet.

@@ruharuha4381 no complaints with cleaning. All good till now. I use it twice a day: Once to vac and mop and once just to vac.
With Alexa voice commands, it just uses the last mode and doesn't change modes. This could have been better, but i don't think it's a deal breaker.

@@reddyysnr thank you brother. I have seen its live demo in the shop and felt it was top notch, especially due to the scrubbing mopping. I read many issues regarding the software on Amazon for this one. They said there are constant issues in mapping and that it is troubled to go back to its station after finishing the vacuum and mopping. So I'm kind of worried that all my hard earned money will be wasted if there are concerns of this sort.

    • @reddyysnr

@@ruharuha4381 It picks up voice command of mop as map sometimes & does remapping. It forgot map twice; happened in the first week. Since then, i don't use mop voice command. Also backed up map. in case it gets over ridden accidentally, i can restore. but hasn't happened after that. Going back to dock has never failed. I clean & refill water once a week.
Let me know if any other questions.
I'm personally happy with it. YMMV.
