Thank You for the Reminder & the Wonderful Singing of Tex Ritter. He was also A True American. Between His Version of the Song, & ,Johnny Cash's Version it was a Toss up over Both Versions. Thanks Again.

I met a Vietnam vet not too many years ago, who told me it wasn't death he was afraid of, it was the dying that bothered him. (He had seen too many friends dying).---KiraSeer

The Battle of the Alamo (February 23 - March 6, 1836) was a pivotal event in the Texas Revolution.

    Woodward Maurice "Tex" Ritter (January 12, 1905 - January 2, 1974) with
    Thomas Lee Kirk (December 10, 1941 - September 28, 2021)
When Tommy was 21 and filming a movie for Disney, was caught having sex with a 15 year old boy in a swimming pool. The mother of the boy told Walt Disney who fired Kirk. However, when the movie became a big success, Disney hired him back to film a sequel. In 1974, Tommy came out as bisexual.

Two of our states were their own republics at one time. Those states were California and Texas.

Yeah, and Texas should've been LEFT to fall. Damn stubborn jerks.

WhatEver. At least Uncle Sam didn't have to take MY home state out back of the woodshed in 1860 and give it a paddling.

You know, you make a fence-post look like Einstein by comparison. Go pound sand, vacuum-brain.

ONLY things to come out of Tex-Ass were runty men and sand fleas. And YOU'RE certainly NO man, no matter HOW runty.

WhatEVER you say, sand flea. As much hassle as you've given me, you MUST be a BABY sand flea. Duzzums need a pampers change? A ba-ba? Must be your naptime!
