    Scars are the one thing holding me back from my decision, that and being off work, and having others care for me..cuz that in itself is so wrong for me lol plus I have so many pets that love to.jump all over me.
    You have healed so well..tripple hard fin lol

    • @FinnTheInfinncible
      @FinnTheInfinncible  7 лет назад +3

      +Tony Chakotay lol I have! Thank you. Yes it's hard when you have rampant fur around to take proper care and there are no guarantees as to how well we will heal. It's a calculated risk and I knew for me that I would rather have an awful scar than have no penis and the other options just did not full fill what I needed.

    Hey Finn, do you still feel it necessary to lather your scar up three times a day? Do you feel you'll need to do that for the remainder of your life? Also, did you have a full thickness graft or a partial one?

    • @FinnTheInfinncible
      @FinnTheInfinncible  6 лет назад

      Hi my friend, I have a full thickness graft. I dont moisturise it as often as I should, in the summer I am better at this as I always put sunblock on. Most days, I just moisturise once but it does get tight and dry at times so then I step up my game! Once a day is ideal

      (I don't mean to ask an invasive question, I'm considering phallo and I'm interested haha, not to be weird) What happens to the skin on your butt? Does that grow back? If not, than how does it heal?

    thanks for sharing this update! I was just thinking about how your scar was doing! I heard from another trans person (can't remember who for the life of me) that you can't get the graft area tattooed. Not saying don't do it, just make sure you check into it before you do anything!

    • @FinnTheInfinncible
      @FinnTheInfinncible  7 лет назад +2

      +Natasha Tanke thank you! Re tattoos , you can't get a single thickness graft tattooed but a full thickness graft like they do here in the UK you can. I've a few friends that have had it done and it looks really good!

    So if you wear sleeves quite often, not that much under sun, it will have the natural color of your skin back?

    • @FinnTheInfinncible
      @FinnTheInfinncible  7 лет назад

      +Himeyuki Matsumoto yes if you avoid exposing your arm at all it should be fine. However it is worth noting that it was pointed out to me that sometimes grafts can just produce more melanin and darken even when covered

    Jesus I had knee surgery in 1982 and I don't have scarring as good as yours! You're such a sweet guy! My Osteopath told me that it would be a little Thin Line and it was not in any way. So I decided to sue and he was killed on the golf course before we got to his deposition! That is just my bloody luck. I was going to ask why you weren't using castor oil. :-) see if your doctor will give you Lac hydrin lotion 12% and boots will order it for you if they don't have it still in the UK. It will take away discoloration like your tan. I promise you I use it myself.

    Finn, you may find this youtube couple intriguing with their views on sexual identity fluidity and sex positivity. The channel is called Conor and Brittany. Now, I do not subscribe to everything they believe in, and they would probably be the first to say that is totally O.K. We each need to find our own path. But I have found them to be very open and informative and a pleasure to watch and listen to. It seems they would also speak to you in your current space. Peace my friend!
