A Syrian refugee came up to me last december with a message written on a card saying he was homeless and needed money to feed his family, it was only the day before christmas eve so I'd been dipping my hands into my pockets all evening for people, I reached into my pocket for what change I had and gave him £2.50. He was very grateful and showed me a box of tulips (i think, some yellow flowers anyway) and said 'Take'. I said no it's alright but he just put them closer to me and said 'Take'. The sound quality is perfect. Her voice is so clean and clear, and that small touch of reverb makes it sound all the more haunting. I know that "Fade Into You" that everybody associates Mazzy Star, but I honestly think this is their best.
Just learning to play drums at age 41. Tried with this song and even with the beat so slow and simple I can't do it. The singing simply touches more deeply that my hands can't follow the beat anymore. It's a pause for hands and a pleasure for the soul listening to her music. The sound quality is perfect. Her voice is so clean and clear, and that small touch of reverb makes it sound all the more haunting. I know that "Fade Into You" that everybody associates Mazzy Star, but I honestly think this is their best.

Just learning to play drums at age 41. Tried with this song and even with the beat so slow and simple I can't do it. The singing simply touches more deeply that my hands can't follow the beat anymore. It's a pause for hands and a pleasure for the soul listening to her music. Can't even think to try on fade into you. She's truly special.
