Woody, you are so so right, you're describing exactly what we're all going through & yes once I got my head around everything connected with PC I realised I just have to put all the "overthinking negatives" behind me & carry one enjoying life as it is! Thank you for your support to our PC community, you are making a difference my friend!

Hey woody the first two years for me were the roughest, I was 50 when I was diagnosed and I thought for sure I was a goner with cancer on my hip , spine , ribs , skull and a lymph node near my bladder. I’m now 55 and I’m feeling good , I have scans coming up next week but I feel confident all will be clear. The worst thing anybody can do is to start searching on the internet for information cause it’s all negative doom and gloom. The fact is that there are people who are still going at 10 , 15 and 20 yrs . I live my life the same as I always have ,I exercise I eat what I want I have a couple of pints a night and it makes me feel normal . I don’t feel like I have cancer anymore, I just live my life as I’ve always have . I as well enjoy my family and grandchildren, they keep me going.

That's fantastic Bon I'm learning to do the same it's just one or two days a month the rest of the time it's amazing just how I appreciate life. We have to learn not to put our attention on cancer and live the best life we can. I have the same belief as you I've always said if one person can do it then why can't anyone else we just have to learn to live as healthy as possibly both mentally and physiologically. Keep going, it's inspiring people. 🙏

I’m extremely happy I found u on RUclips , it’s nice to have someone to share my experiences with and understands what we go through. I’ve noticed some of us received different forms of treatment and I think it’s important to share what type of treatments we are receiving so we can be as informed as possible and discuss with our drs these different types of care.

Hi Bon yes I agree, I think it's a good idea to share our treatments and perhaps even things we are doing outside the box.
