18 Minute Full Body Warm-Up​ Routine

  • Here is my personal warm-up routine that I perform prior to my mobility and strength training. This routine can be done at home, in the forest or in your office bathroom :P
    This warm-up routine can be performed solely on its own, just simply to get your body moving. Especially if you sit in a chair all day! Remember, that if you don't use your full range of motion, you will lose the ability to do so. So get moving so we can improve each day, instead of getting worse.
    If you are a beginner, then I recommend having something to stabilize you during this routine, such as​ a dowel, stick, wall, chair or broom. Some yoga blocks may come in handy as well!
