Yes , Criminally underrated is so well said. This album is socially-conscious and prophetic masterpiece. Should be considered one of the best albums from that era. Pornograffitti was a very good album but III Sides is among the best albums in my collection.

i went to see them on the "waiting for the punchline" tour in 95, they never played this song though at the gig i went too.Awsome guys, met them after show.
It's amazing how much of this song Nuno can cover with just a guitar. The studio version has so much orchestra. It's sounds awesome live.
HOLY shit man- that TOTALLY rocked my world! To the fans that filmed and "Tobleronetwo" who took the time and effort to put it all together and especially to Gary & the boys who performed it initially, all I can say is WOW! You guys rock it to the core and I'm going to be downloading the audio from this for my next road trip. Dang- Nuno can play & saying that Pat and Paul are no slouches is the understatement of the year! Thanx sincerely for this, it is kindly appreciated
My today changed after watching this video. Unbelievable how good these guys are... the sound, the lyrics...its all there.
i am a fan of extreme since 1988and i had met nuno in that early days in my island of terceira-açores(portugal) because all his families are from there and he went in his grandmothers dead, he had played in my guitar in a place in angra(city)where we(my friends) usual go, this can look like a lie but is not!! i was amazed at the time with his playing cuz i always played the guitar,and like i sad when he played in my guitar all the place made silence--was beautiful, like a dream!!nuno was there

@myautomobilefunk : Nuno plays with Rihanna BETWEEN EXTREME GIGS. He has written prolifically while on the road with her and is ready to record a new Extreme record. The reason people don't put Nuno in the same category as EVH and Hendrix and all those guys is that he came much later! The pioneering had already been done! And, Nuno's a musician. He refuses to sacrifice the song to show off his skills...and his skills are plentiful. He's just more subtle about it than most. REALLY listen.
Well they are back together, and recording as we speak. World tour coming in 2008/09. I can't fucking wait!!!

III Sides To Every Story is criminally underrated! I think most of the critics of the album were those who wanted another Pornograffitti and not a socially-conscious concept album. Considering what is going on in the world today, this album is as relevant now as it was back then and it's been 20 years! I think that they need to remaster this album, include the bonus track, Don't Leave Me Alone, and a DVD concert from this era! Nuno is a beast and the band was VERY tight on this album!!!

i love extreme for 15 years but nuno couldnt stand anymore gary singing out tune!! thats a fact not a opinion...nuno is one of my guitar heros for sure love so much his feeling and guitars lines...guys feel free to check my original music channel

Maybe now he and Gary can get busy recording that new music Nuno's been talking about. Can hardly wait for their new CD. Oh, sweet anticipation! EXTREME: the best little rock band that will probably be ignored when it becomes eligible for R&R Hall of Fame induction in 2014. Anyone know of a way to persuade the powers-that-be that fans want Nuno, Gary, Pat, Paul IN?

Most of his live performances were pretty poor. Nuno and Pat make up for it with their stellar backing vocals. Nuno's guitar work is amazing as usuall.

This band should've never broken up. Gary Cherone is great with this band but not with Van Halen.
obviously good but i think the guitar delay should be a little bit faster as in the album.. guitar player know what i mean?
Gary is a fantastic vocalist but, even as a HUGE fan of his, I can admit he NEVER did this song justice when it came to performing it live. The album version is stunningly good whereas the live cut always was just 'ok'
