Nuno playing a Jackson and wearing a Def Leppard shirt? So fucking Bad Ass and so surreal since he always jams on his Washburn N4 I couldn't believe they had played a few of the 3 sides songs so early in their career. Damn I wish I could've been there to see it live.
The N4 didn't come out until early 90s (91? 92?), so it wouldn't have been made/available when this video was done. Seeing them play live during these years, their "up and coming" years was such an amazing experience.

I remember being in a record store one day cutting school, and saw a picture of the band, and there Nuno was with that black Jackson! It's a USA custom shop Dinky, the pickup sounds like Seymour Duncan JB. If you notice closely, it sounds a lot like the sound Warren DeMartini gets out of his Charvel/Jackson guitars on early Ratt albums, especially Out Of The Cellar!
This sounds horrible. But trust me. Mid 80's until they were signed, anywhere they played, people were lined up around the building to get in. They were unbelievable in a club setting. And, Nuno, the kid was off the hook. Unique sense of timing, riff master who could shred, and a style all his own in an ocean of guitar players that all sounded the same. Had these guys hit a couple years sooner than they did, they'd of been much, much bigger.
Watching this oldie,one can notice that the real treasure behind Extreme is and was Nuno.I don´t know why i never couldn´t tolerate Cherone vocals....maybe a few songs but i always thought that Extreme with another vocalist could have been a better band.
Does anyone know if this was in San Miguel, Azores? If so, I was at this show. My band borrowed their gear the next day for our gig. I remember playing through those Marshalls.
LOL, it's funny, because years ago, I had SO many arguments in school over how I KNEW he'd had work done on it, & some of my Nuno obsessed female friends said no way, (Not like it mattered that much!) B/C I'd seen pics of him, but I could no longer find them, & there is still SO little evidence showing the before! Have to wonder if he'd have had this big a femal following had he not had the cometic surgery done though... lol
What a ridiculous comment. Sorry. His nose looks like it may have been broken at some point so that’s probably why he got it sorted. It’s not like he was ugly beforehand and a magic new nose de-uglyfied him.

Yep, mostly the same parts, just in a different order. I think it's good that they sat on it for a few years - I prefer the arrangement on III Sides.
