    Whoa! I needed to see this because I have 2 very painful slipped discs in my lower back. I’ve even sworn off ab work because I refuse to go through the pain/recovery of another back injury. I’ll Try to put this video to use. BUT I have to be Heavily medicated in order to sit up straight Or bend forward like that. Great video!
