It's great to move your body with some kind of activity; yoga, qi gong, stretching, tension and relaxation of the muscles before meditation. This helps to get the energy flowing through your energetic system in an active way prior to sitting down. This is best, especially if one has not been physically active prior to sitting down for meditation.

I also believed all that and turned away from all the things that once helped me to regulate my nervous system and helped me grow and ground and do good for my mind and mental health and body only to put myself in the restricted cage of Christianity After a long time of trying and Bibel reading and trying to fit myself into this tiny little box and after researching a lot about the truth claims of Christianity and following my knowledge and studies and my gut feeling I left all this Now YOGA for me is allowed again I feel relieved because it can’t be true that those old practices are suddenly all evil and bad but only in Christianity. All science and all medical researches proof them good and beneficial with only low possible side effects In Christianity itself are a lot of contradictions for me too, so that’s also a reason why I am deconstructing and leaving it all

It was challenging and unbearable because of how critical my health situation was. but I am grateful and happy to have ordered Dr Aluda herbal supplements on RUclips which I used and it shrunk my multiple fibroids completely🌿

Understand, that the exercises in modern yoga are a YMCA calisthenics program practiced by the British in india that was appropriated by hindu nationalists in the early 20th century and then fused with what was then a form of ascetic mysticism. Just get rid of the pagan woo and start calling it what it really is..Danish Calisthenics.
