I love how transparent you have been with us with your ups and downs about your weight loss journey.
I love Kon so much, his journey is massively inspiring! But every time he says ‘per’ like that makes me shiver a little bit! 😂
Idk why it infuriates me so much that he pronounces it “pear”
Perfect timing. After loosing 20kg this year, just had surgery which has paused things, but this has motivated me to keep going but on a different route.
Losing weight is only the start of the fitness journey, now it’s about keeping it off and gaining muscle. Good luck and congratulations on your amazing weight loss
I've been on a pretty similar journey lately and gone on a major lifestyle change since February. I started at 298lbs (~135kg). Absolutely massive, I know. I slipped up on my consistency over the summer but got back on it in September. I'm down 50lbs (~23 kg) and am looking to lose another 50lbs (~23 kg). It really has all been about protein and calories. Exercising has mainly just been walking with some cardio and I've recently started adding weights. Crazy how I used to look at that breakfast and think it was foul, but now it looks fire. So much of it is mental and after the first couple of weeks, it's actually pretty easy; you start to crave the feeling of progress and health. Also the improvement in sleep, mood, and mental health is incredible. I'm hoping that by my birthday in July, I can give myself the gift of being below 200lbs (~90kg) and eventually get down to 180lbs (~81kg). The journey is a grind, but it is so incredibly worth it. Slip ups happen, but hopping back on track is all that matters. If you've read this far, I encourage you to push yourself to set some sort of fitness goal and just send it. There's no better feeling than making yourself better.
whats ur insta bro

I can’t be the only one who thought he was gonna down the egg white concoction straight from the glass.
Yeah I was kinda closing one eye waiting for it too 😅
Literally anything you post is so informative Kon. I'm so glad I found your channel all those years ago.
Love seeing your progress Kon. Highly recommend Jeff Nippard's powerbuilding part 1 program for where your at now. Used it on my own transformation similar to yours and it taught me a lot.
I was/am in a similar place as Kon. Started in September 2022 at 123.1kg, got down to 83kg by September this year and have maintained for the last few months as stress has been hitting me. I want to get down to 73 before summer, and build up some more visible muscle. Glad to see someone with a following showing the same stuff!
DAYUM! W man congrats
If your trying to mainly focus on hypertrophy it's better to train more intense close or past failure so you can force your muscles to grow. A good way to do this would be to progressive overload.
I love to see this. I know quite a bit about weight loss and nutrition and this is the exact type of stuff I’d recommend to others. Very good, Kon.
love the tranformation vids whether it be weight or setups lol
Love ur fitness/food related vids!!!
Brudda, your shoulders are looking good in that gym shark top! Keep up the training
great job with what youve done so far
What scales are those? I’ve seen them a few times in food/weightloss vids.
Kon quick question when you shoot for the sidemen with your black magic cameras, do you shoot in raw or do you shoot with burnt on luts ???
Sean Nalewanyj gives very good fitness advice and you can trust what he says, unlike a lot of other fitness influencers, who just want to sell you a fitness plan.
Surprised not to see any nuts as part of your snack game! - I know it is expensive, but the 'good' fats and protein can be quite high in some (yes, they also pack a lot of calories - but look into it)
Really loving to watch the learning curve, keep it!
I think where I was so calorie focused that they seemed to be out of my calorie budget. even tho they are good fats I tried to stick to foods in higher volume to help me feel more full
Something I’ve found with eggs is put chilli flakes into the scrambled eggs. serious game changer
Bro don’t even get me started😂 idk why tf people don’t season their food just because they are on a diet like is some salt, pepper, chilli, lime juice etc etc really gonna effect you and the calories??? Stop eating bland shit lol
@@PortuguesePirate99fr man
Seen that too much
13:15 can't be the only one to have anxiety seeing those left J-hook out .
RUclips oriented goal maybe? possibly something like collab with fitness or strength RUclipsrs? Say you have built up muscle in order to lift more over time, with each amount of extra weight you can lift you do strength challenges of different sorts with RUclipsrs, with the end goal to be doing a challenge with Eddie hall or someone like that (not necessarily with strongman type weight lol but something that it would take commitment to achieve) :)
That’s a really good shout
Anyone else OCD kicking in with the extractor unit not being central to the cupboard? 😅
Keep up the good work Kon love the videos
You can get unflavoured protein powder to use in cooking but not get the overpowering taste of the powder that ruins the food.
you got the norwegian salmon rokt laks we call it in norway very tasty and somewhat healthy
Can't get over Kon pronouncing "per"
What case do you currently have on your phone Kon?
Last year I went from 97kg to 81kg but have ballooned up to 92kg again 😔
You have done it once
You can do it again
FYI, for those interested, the human body can only digest and use 25g of protein per 4 hrs. Anything over this is turned to fats for storage 🫡
A complete lie lol
It’s the end of Feb now mate we need an update 👍👍
Build muscle matte. You'll look bangin!
Awesome job kon. I m give you 10/10 reviews
@7:39, anyone know what kind of blender he's using? Same with his kitchen weight & if the weight can also measure ml?
Blender - Nutribullet
Scales - just a generic £10 Amazon purchase also does ml (ml is same as grams tbh)
@@KonFilms Ahh Alright, thank you very much for responding, I appreciate it a lot. :)
i seem to be at stuck at my current weight, cant seem to get any lower
Chalula sauce is so good
walking on 4,5-5,5 speed and 10-12 incline 5 times a week helped me loose 10 kgs.
Gym sesh? Let’s go
Video idea:
I tried looksmaxxing for 60 days.
Try the regular Chalula 🔥🔥
Great journey my man 💪🏼 just going to throw this out there I think without the neck beard would suit you 👊
Maybe reach out to Reev about getting you on a pretty simple split that he’d recommend, or James Smith. Dylan O’Brien is another coach/creator. I’m sure one of these guys would love to help another fellow creator reach his fitness goals.
hey! Where do you go to get a test on how many calories you naturally burn?
Up the calories and get swole for winter 💪
I would be interested in seeing you try eating vegan for a a day or week. I wonder what you would pick
you should challenge Deji to who can get a six pack first
KON DO DANNYS SETUP PLS
u probaly wont see this but ive lost like 3 stone and i found bacon mandilions 1 egg and low cal wrap is about 400 cals and tastes like ur not cutting
Bro, do you actually hit your 200g of protein per day?... I always under value my meals rather than over valuing, so you assumed the bagel itsself had 10g of protein at one moment. But I really don't think it's easy to hit the protein need everyday, I'm 71kg and need double that in grams worth of protein (142g) I'm also vegan, it's difficult man. But you said "that's how I managed to.." but you never showed that's what your doing now, or how to do it. Really interested, thanks bro
Super easy for me tbh I love to eat 😂 If you are vegan it’s mega hard because not many foods contain a high protein count. And I showed my key staple food I eat like yogurt and eggs and meats that are low cal high protein :)
3:00 am the opposite.
prefer less quantity for the required amount of calories.
not a fan of food in general, especially after seeing the latest sidemen food eating challenge video.
honestly have no idea how people can eat a lot of food. xDD
respectfully.
Looks like your not counting the bar weight in the overall weight your lifting Kon, Olympic Barbell's usually weight 20kg.
nah he was
Good video mate
I only like egg whites I think the yolk tastes awful 😂 when I have an egg mayo roll I throw the yolk away or give it to someone that likes it and just make it with egg whites and mayo
eggs in the fridge???
Protein doesn’t keep you full for longer that’s carbs, that’s why you need a balance
one thing you should not forget is that you burn calories when you eat food
um
Loved the video
Why don’t you go on a high protein diet on a surplus and start developing some muscle gains 💪
Big big fan
Pear 100 grams?
Low weight high reps to slim and cut high weight low reps to bulk and gain strength. Just to put things simply.
Incorrect
