Also, i forgot to mention that the measurement taken from the apple watch about your burnt calories throughout the day is not that accurate since it doesn't take into account a lot of factors in order to calculate the net calories burnt (just your overall bpm which is measured from your wrist which isn't very ideal). Keep it as a baseline target of reaching a set amount of steps a day rather than, I did 17k steps, burnt 900 calories therefore i can eat 900 calories more. Keep it consistent and stick to a certain baseline, it is far easier to maintain a healthy consistency rather than performing a self battle with yourself about eating more or less. Feeling satiated is much healthier!
I think the best bit about Kon's weight loss is that he has done all this quite silently, like he did the video about building the gym but since then I haven't seen a huge amount of him spouting off about his weight loss or journey and I like the fact he has either waited until he has noticed a change in weight/size and then gone on to make a video about what has worked instead of making a video of what he is doing before he has done it and before he knows it works. Great work on the weight loss. This video and many others are getting me more motivated to make that change in my daily eating and other habits to hopefully lose some weight
It's so encouraging to see Kon reinforce the values of healthy mindset/eating during this fitness journey especially with a calorie deficit, it often can go unnoticed if it becomes unhealthy. So huge respect to him!
It’s so refreshing to see a content creator be really down to earth and truthful about their weight loss rather than try to sell some online regiment to lose 15kg in a week 😂. Congrats Kon, as someone who has been on a similar journey since summer 2022 and is proud to say they’ve lost 23kg+ I’m so happy for you 😊.
Simon's reaction to Kon's food is jokes 😂😂😂. As someone who did meal prep before, sticking to a diet plan is difficult as hell especially when cravings starts to kick in. I admire your dedication and hard work, keep it up! 💪🏻
Very good video and really inspiring. The only slight annoyance was how many excessive mentions of the water bottle there was, it felt like one big advert at times. But that a side, it's really great to see the progress being made and how changing your lifestyle can really pay off. Great work.
Ive been losing around 2kg each week recently. Started around 130, im now at 120. I want to slow down the weight loss, but im happy with my progress. My watch band used to be like a perfect fit for my wrist, not my wrist has shrunk and my watch rattles. I use it as motivation to show me a physical representation and proof that ive lost weight.
Cheers for the vid! Currently just started my weight loss journey and have lost just over 3kg in the first 3 weeks, very happy with myself. As someone who struggles to work out because of a tumour in my spine I found ways around it to try and stay active and healthy
Happy for your weight loss journey! Good mix of foods I’m in a similar boat lost 15KG. I’m adopting more of a flexible dieting approach leaving 200 calories for treats and stuff I enjoy eating, helps massively when dieting
Good job Kon. I’ve lost just over 100lbs and did it the same way u did. It takes a while but it’s worth going slower and a kg a week is great u don’t need to go any faster but make sure when u get to ur goal just to maintain for a little bit and let ur body get use to itself bc it’s been in starvation mode and you’ll feel like u got a lot more energy
great progress mate keep ut up. you are inspiring a lot of people who give excuses to not workout but doesn't matter how busy you are if its important you will get it done
if you want a training partner for a session im like your trainer/friend a powerlifter XD i can squat/bench/deadlift 240kg/175kg/260kg i am currently largely overweight though at 138kg but im moving up north and my new house has a garage ill be converting into a home gym :D so hopefully ill start losing weight from then on having no excuse to jump on the cardio gear XD
Well done Kon, I will say don’t drop the calories low too fast too soon. Your metabolisim will adjust and you’ll be left with the choice of dropping them lower or increasing work output which will affect day to day! But well done on the great progress
Ahaha how fussy we talking? I say make a list of your favourite foods and try optimise them for your calorie goal. I love noodles but they would often be out of my calorie goal so I found something called konjak noodles. They are practically 0 calories and taste alright once you get all the right seasonings for it
@@KonFilms Thankyou for the advice and reply! I’ll get that list together and I’ll search for them noodles, maybe I can find alternatives similar to my favourite foods too, thanks for the thought, all the best Kon 😁
I knew what the project he is building in his garden was only from the fact after the sidemen shoot when he’s training you can see the heater in the mirror
Check out Air Up - airup.link/3o8gjQt

bro its a sauna lolll
I like that Kon isn’t selling a myth here, just spitting facts from what he’s found on his personal journey
And selling Air ups 😂🤜🤛
@@scottobrien301 bro loves the Air Ups 😂

Kon is honestly so underrated as a youtuber, I love watching every single video! I'm sad that air up isn't available in Canada however
Simon's reaction to Kon's food is jokes 😂😂😂.

That's incredible!!! I think your body may naturally slow it down at some stage as you get fitter.
I always get so inspired by these vids, but I need to work on my relationship with food and my discipline! Keep up the great work Kon! 💪🏾🙌🏾
Keep grinding man! Smashing it
Big up Kon, keep putting in that work.

Great work on your weight loss journey. I'm on a similar journey myself. I've lost 14+ kg since March this year. Keep it up, Kon.
wow, what a tranformation, keep it up man, good going.
Kon you should hit upper chest on chest days with an incline bench
big up yourself kon good job lad
Lad you can do an actual workout that makes you more muscular and stronger. These circuits hardly help with muscle hypertrophy
Tell me what you’d recommend and il do it as a session
Do a proper split. Like push pull legs, and cardio
mate the sports direct mug is a must!
You look soo good Kon!
are you building a sauna? keep up the good videos kon!

He's building a Sauna. I can bet on that
if this video is 37 mins long, imagine how long the "Food I Stopped Eating" vid would be
That first circuit looks killer
Great Job Kon. Have lost 10kg myself in 2 months still got around 10 more kg to lose for my goal

I feel like the thing kon’s building is a sauna
I hope they let you play in the sidemen charity match now 💪🏻
Mans building a sauna
Greek yogurt and sour cherrys are best combo!
As a South African I respect you calling it biltong and not jerky ❤. Love your channel
Agreed, I hate when people liken it to jerky, it’s nothing like it 🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
That's just what it says on the packaging.
I knew what the project he is building in his garden was only from the fact after the sidemen shoot when he’s training you can see the heater in the mirror
Good on you man!
Is it a sauna ?
Try the regular flavor chalula. It’s so good
