    Hi everyone 🧡 In case you missed it, there was an update posted on the community board about the abrupt pause to Talktober and Youtober. I am back at work today and will be slowly working through the remaining edits and getting them out to members and then publicly as soon as I can.       I also cried while I was doing the motion of “wringing out my negative emotions”. I heard myself think “I’m a bad mom” and I just burst into tears.
      I’ve been struggling with new motherhood and what I do not know. I thought I would overcome this feeling by now but he’s 18months and the more I learn I feel the less I understand. Thank you Kalyn for this healing session! And glad to see this comment and know I’m not the only one that cried

    this came out right as I'd decided to just go to bed for the day. Took it as a sign from the universe I should definitely do some yoga and I'm so glad I did haha! 💝
    I do have a quick question, for anyone really.
    I can't keep my legs straight in any sort of forward bend pose (tight hamstring/ligaments/something) I can't touch my toes with straight legs either.
    Would it be more beneficial to do the stretch leaning forward and hanging like a ragdoll, getting lower each time?
    Or would it be better to start touching the floor and push up into the stretch with my legs instead?
    So ragdoll or grudge 😂
    I feel a stretch in both but obviously with things like the forward fold, the hands touching the floor can be a good part of grounding as well so idk which way to start in getting the pose 'perfect'. I do have a forward pelvic tilt as well, if that changes anything c:

    Jesus and prayer is the only thing that reverses curses ya’ll 🫡 don’t be fooled.

      Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs 🤍
      Personally, I think if you're channeling the pure and cleansing energy that one might attribute to someone like Jesus, and doing so in a meditative way that one might also call prayer, then these two things aren't that different in terms of their intention and outcome. We are just using different symbology.

      To be fair, @emilyruth22 not all believe in curses. I just like a positive yoga flow!❤
