  • Let the Rust Repairs begin.
    I got this old Jeep Grille, yes I know that it's not a real Willy's but it still is a Jeep grille.
    It's a Mitsubishi Jeep Grille and produced under license replicating the CJ3b Willy's Jeep from 1953 to 1995.
    Jim is just an Aussie Bloke making and Doin stuff in the Shed, He doesn't say that you should do things or make stuff like he does but this is just how he has done it.

    Nice work on the rust removal and panel installation, Jim. Love that scouring wheel....sure made light work of the old paint, etc.

      Thanks mate the Scouring wheel is the 3M "Clean and Strip" it's the best product I've ever used.

    There was a fan shroud on the back. I just restored my 1957. The cj3b is pretty rare in the states as most were exported.

      Thanks for that, I thought that it might have been some sort of grille or shroud. I just had never seen one in the flesh. Thanks for dropping in 👍
