How You Can Tell If a Cat is Ready to Mate?

The amount of stray dogs & cats that live on the streets is incredibly high that so many of them are places in pounds and then never adopted. What comes next? They will have to be put down. If owners are constantly allowing puppies and kittens to be conceived then the chances of strays being adopted decreases!! Ask any vet their opinion and they'll say the exact same... Also tell them you haven't had your pet spayed and then watch their face change. 👍🏾 it's irresponsible and unfair to those animals in need.
